Their communication was first class, always keeping me informed of developments, especially while pressing to get the sale of the line. We got a valuation from Peter Lane which was significantly higher than other estates agents locally, thinking this may slow down the process (which we were happy with) we went with them to try for the higher price. However before we even got to market the property, Peter Lane found us a buyer who made an offer immediately at the higher price. They have been excellent throughout, managing visits on our behalf and communicating at all times. They are very professional and helpful during the legal process.
