We had been trying to sell our property for a year before we went to Peter Lane. We choose them since they had actually sold another property in the village. We found them very professional right from the frist phone call, through the first house visit and through to selling the house. They were very good with updates and always quick to respond to questions. They knew the local market very well, priced the house appropriately and this common sense, highly professional approach resulted in a sale in less than 8 weeks from first marketing. In the current economic climate, it was a pleasure to deal with a company like Peter Lane. We would recommned them to anyone lookling to sell a property.

As I was having issues with my purchase property I was worried about my sale falling through due to the long delays, however the team at Peter Lane were always very reassuring and made the whole process as stress free as possible.
