Paul and Cath were outstanding making our experience pleasant throughout. They helped us to arrange several visits during all phases of our purchase very efficiently. More than this, Paul was able to interface with our sellers' solicitors who, quite frankly, were pretty poor and needed nudging on more than one occasion. Without this intervention, the deal may well have fallen through.

We dealt mainly with Cath Hoof who was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to ensure that, we got the house we wanted. She was incredibly supportive, always available for calls, even when on leave. Without her dedication and input, there is a very real possibility that the transaction would have fallen through.

I’m really happy to give this review because most agents are tarnished with the same brush, and that’s a real shame as a lot of them are not of that ilk. Tracy at Peter Lane (Huntingdon) really pulled the stops out. This review is in regards to my purchase only. My poor vendor should have exchanged/completed last week, so, yes Peter Lane will want to seal this deal, BUT, from the offset, Tracy has been amazing. She accommodated all my viewing requests (which were on the day I called), information I needed was obtained within hours, and the whole experience has been seamless, and above all, a joy to speak with someone who is just a lovely soul and an absolute pleasure to chat to.
