Not recommended. They sent me a faulty product and refused to exchange it. Instead, they directed me to the manufacturer. Very poor service.

Terrible. I ordered ear drops. Delivery was supposed to be Monday - came Wednesday. Parcel was not sealed - had it been tampered with. Carton was open and held together with elastic bands. Took photos and emailed Pharmacy On Line - got no reply. Resent my complaint - again no reply. It is now time for me to to complain to the Royal Pharmaceutical Society - they are running an unsafe business. What if it was a prescription only tablets in an unsealed box which got into the hands of a child? Avoid this company.

The customer service has been very disappointing. I have been waiting for a week for copies of the prescriptions for my last two orders, even though the website says it usually takes around 48 hours to receive them. I sent my first email on Thursday. I called on Friday and was told to send another email, which I did. Since then, I have emailed every day. I called again today, and I still have not received the documents or any proper update.
This is very frustrating, especially as it is such a simple request.

Sadly I can't say I'm impressed, I accidentally forgot to remove the needle protector on my Wegovy pen, resulting in wasted dose, and the need to try again. This meant I was essentially going to be early at starting the second month, and the higher dose. When I reached out to pharmacy online, all I received back was a link to buy another low dose pen. Each pen contains 4 doses, not the single dose I needed. I asked if it was ok to start the second month, which is a higher dose early, and again received exactly the same link. So, I started the second month of treatment early, which wasn't too much of a problem, but at the second injection, I asked advice about the dosage I would need for the third, upcoming month, but didn't get a sensible, clear answer. On reflection, I am exactly the same weight I was when I started, I can't say that, other than the first few days, that my appetite has been suppressed at all. I've not experienced any side effects, so that's a good thing, thought I've made no progress either. Either the medication is fake, or the wrong one for me, it's hard to say, but the support is useless and simple points towards you spending more money. I'll decide whether I'll continue on with this, over the next few days, but the cost, to result ratio doesn't work for me.
