Unable to place a repeat order over 3 attempts, over 3 weeks.
5 working days later I've still not had a reply to my email. Won't be using again

Needed some steroid cream for eczema. Filled in a brief questionnaire and picked the product that I wanted (this product has worked for me since day 1, so it was an easy choice). Paid and it was delivered within 3 days. Good service, no complaints.

They have been processing my prescription forever. I have had it ordered and delivered from elsewhere in less time!

Just ordered items yesterday. All prescription items were accepted and paid for.
Today I just got an email that the order has been shipped out and 1 item rejected and it will be refunded. I have asked for a full cancellation as the missing/ rejected item is the principal item.
My problem is that why did they proceed to ship the order without informing me of the missing item before shipping?

Rubbish. I ordered some ear spray as I can’t get a Doctors appointment for 2 weeks and I have an ear infection and they took my money then cancelled my order saying I would get a refund in due course so now I have paid for some medicine I need that they won’t even send me. Rubbish

Honestly, I think I have been on every pharmacy website in the United Kingdom and every single one now makes it extremely difficult to get your hands on weight loss medication.

I have had to cancel orders and have had many orders cancelled and was literally on the last straw when I came across Pharmacy Online. I honestly thought the same thing was going to happen when I made the order over the weekend and did not hear from them on Monday. My order still said “processing” and I became worried that it may be rejected. However, they were still within the 24-48hours processing time and could have just had a high volume of requests with it being the start of the week. So, I thought I’d just wait an extra day before I reach out and before I did, I received two automated emails on Tuesday informing me that both my orders were shipped. I was ecstatic.

Although you are unable to add more than one single injection or one bundle to your basket, I purchased a bundle of 2 x 2.5mg and then I thought instead of waiting for two months for them to finish and order one dose up, I’ll try my luck and make another order of the bundle of 2 x 5mg. I truly thought that even if they were to approve the 2.5mg injections, they’d cancel the 5mg and tell me to wait for two months before doing a review to see if it’s suitable to issue me the 5mg. To my surprise, they didn’t do that and approved both orders.

I even thought they’d request images of me on scales, of my height, of my face next to my photo ID etc like other pharmaceutical companies, but no nothing of the sort. The only thing they needed was a copy of my ID which I submitted and that was it.

On top of the great service and efficient order processing, they also have competitive prices. They are cheaper than most pharmacies and I think I only came across a couple that were slightly cheaper. However, I’d pay a few £’s extra any day towards a company who is straightforward and isn’t going to cause me any hassle. Even after paying for guaranteed next day delivery twice for both orders, it was still worth it and worked out cheaper than most.

I would highly recommend and guarantee that once you purchase from here and experience the easiness and simplicity of the service, you won’t be looking elsewhere.

Not recommended. They sent me a faulty product and refused to exchange it. Instead, they directed me to the manufacturer. Very poor service.
