You sent out the tablets without any support in place.
With Juniper, I had a whole service behind me, and when the injections made me anxious, they continued their support. It is lacking in your service.

Reliable as always. Excellent service. The packaging is amazing keeping the pen cool so great care is obviously taken when dispatching your pen.Emails sent out keep you up to date with help and advice and any problems or help you may need is only a quick email away and they answer very very quickly. I am 71yrs old and losing over 3 stone since my initial start in March has given me a new lease of life. I am definitely more active and more than happy to report my 6 monthly bloods have returned to normal readings for the first time in many years and even my Dr. has congratulated me. All this and no side effects! Thank you Phlo Clinic - keep up the great work.

The wait for delivery was ridiculous
The wait for delivery was ridiculous. Anyone else would dispatch and deliver within 24 hours of approval. Not Phlo. Will not use again.

Hi Julie, thank you for your review. We’re sorry that your order took longer to arrive than you expected. Your order was approved on Friday evening, dispatched on Monday and delivered on Tuesday. As our pharmacy team doesn’t operate at weekends, orders approved on a Friday evening are dispatched on the next working day.
Our team has been in touch to explain the timeframe and provide an update on your delivery. We appreciate your patience and are sorry that the experience didn’t meet your expectations.
