Gil helped me dial in my install and it works awesome!

top. thx. It was very nice to help me. with my bad Englisch.

He just kept telling me everything was good with the sound on the factory Mic. Then told me to install the aftermarket mic sent with the device. Installed he said sounds good. Rushed me off the phone after about 8 min. Called my son and tried the scratch mic method the Tech told me to try and turns out the only mic that was working was the built in mic. I switched between mics in car setting and even then the only mic that worked was the built in mic. Not even the aftermarket mic sent with the device plugged into the device was working. I was completely disappointed with the Tech who again just kept pushing to get me off the phone. If the device is defective I would expect an answer and maybe try another device. But at this point I have had so many issues with the device and Tech support I would rather return the device for a refund. I spent 2 years working on the perfect upgrade and made this purchase. Seems to be a Hugh mistake.

Quick fix to issue I was having with back up camera

Delivery was quick, I love having the new unit installed on my car! We needed a little help with a few of the attachments and Gil was super helpful and answered all our questions and got us up and running in less than 20 minutes!!! Would absolutely purchase again!!

2019 Tacoma
NO CARPLAY but advertised as having carplay. my unit had multiple problems and was professionally installed. My installer had 3 calls with support that required appointments be set. System still was not working. Bluetooth didn't work, usb didn't work. unit would not stay in dash. a/c buttons only worked when they felt like it. 6 days with out my vehicle trying to get the unit working and ultimately had the OEM reinstalled. My cost for labor was $530 and to ship the unit back was another $120 because Phoenix wont pay my shipping for return and want the unit back to decide if they will reimburse me once item is received. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!!!
I will update again when I get my refund.

Cheap product. Terrible service.

6/14/25 update
Unit was returned to Phoenix and they received on 6/3/25. I finally received a refund after 10 days. They did not refund my return shipping and charged me a $25 restock fee. Total ripoff.

I tried to buy a unit from this company and I get endless emails asking me to submit information about my vehicle, I've given them my VIN a picture of my dash, all of the information they have asked for several times. I paid more money for expedited shipping and it's been several days and they still haven't shipped yet I just want my money back at this point.

Fast and uncomplicated help to resolve my issue with the Android headunit.

Awful Customer Service and sells nonfunctioning products !!! I was sold a faulty radio , paid to get installed, paid to get it uninstalled and reached out to return the unit and get a money back . To date I have recieved nothing but a run around no refund !!! I WILL NEVER EVER RECCOMEND SOMEONE BUY A PRODUCT FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!
