Very Efficient and customer service is very welcoming. Will definitely buy from these people again.

Really fast delivery and great quality frames. I would order from the again.

Absolutely fantastic!
Well packed, great quality frames that came sooner than I expected!
The customer service was flawless and helped me to find exactly what I was looking for!

The frames are great quality and they are well packed and the delivery is very fast.

Great quality frames and service. Ordered a made to measure frame for an odd sized picture, the website was easy to use and there was lots of instructions for how to measure. Really fast too. The staff were really helpful with an enquiry I made so I will definitely be using them again.

I ordered one of their Made to Measure frames recently and I couldn't be happier. I had a couple of questions before ordering that were answered quickly and clearly. The quality of both the product and customer service were fantastic, and I received my order promptly. I highly recommend checking them out if you have any framing needs.

Easy process to order online with clear instructions!

Lovely frame - will be ordering again!

The most amazing quality frames and service. After tackling Marathon Eryri, having a way to display the achievement is fantastic. Very professional and super helpful staff in dealing with queries! Highly recommend

The customer service here is unparalleled. I was served by Tamara who was amazing at answering my many queries and helping me choose the perfect frame combination for my needs. I really appreciate it as I had no idea what I needed / the best way to do it. Will defo be coming back. Thank you

I had a really disappointing experience with this online photo framing company. Ordering through their website seemed straightforward at first, but things quickly went downhill once my order arrived.

The frame I received was completely the wrong size for the photo I submitted. It didn’t fit properly at all—there were visible gaps, and the image looked poorly aligned, as if no one had double-checked the measurements before shipping it out. It honestly felt careless, especially for something that’s supposed to be custom-made.

What made things worse was dealing with their customer service. I reached out to explain the issue, expecting a simple resolution, but the responses I got were abrupt and unhelpful. They were dismissive of my concerns and even suggested that I must have uploaded the wrong dimensions, which wasn’t the case. There was no real effort to investigate or fix the problem.

For a company that operates entirely online, you’d expect better communication and attention to detail. Unfortunately, this experience felt impersonal and frustrating from start to finish. I wouldn’t trust them again with something as important as framing a photo.

Have previously used this company on etsy for gifts, however now had reason to do a bigger purchase for our nursery. Messages were replied to really quickly, and they were always really helpful! Placed my order on the monday evening, was dispatched tuesday morning and arrived wednesday morning! Amazing quality as always! Thankyou

Great selection of frames.
Light to pick up as Perspex and not glass, so no worries of breaking it.
Order arrived very quickly..
I’m going to order another frame - as making a nice collection of family pictures for my mother in law..
Thank you Phototframeandmore :)

Avoidant scam artist who fails to deliver correct sizes then blames you.

Sent the wrong size frame, was told it was my fault after specifically writing the dimensions I required to her, only to be told they are done to the internal measurements - which were again not even correct.

Avoid these cowboys, you will lose your money then be blamed for it.

Became aggresive after mentioning I'd charge it back via the bank.

I was pleased to find the particular frame I wanted (with a mount for 3 baby scan photos). I was happy with the price, design and promptness of delivery. I would order from thus firm again.

Bought a jigsaw puzzle frame for the first time ever. I really struggled to get the correct measurements online so I decided to give this company a go to get a made to measure frame. The process was very easy, and when it arrived, the sticky board provided went onto the back of the puzzle very easily. The puzzle stuck really well and there were no mishaps when putting it into the frame, which fit perfectly. I will definitely use this company again.

Amazing jigsaw frame! I used it to frame a custom board game map and its perfect. The size is just right. I got the largest size available and it wasn't easy to stick everything down in the right place first time. Ended up using a hairdryer to free some pieces but the sticky backing was very forgiving (and still sticky!).

Frames were well made easy to use and advise was given if needed delivery was very quick and frames were well packed

I ordered a frame that unfortunately was damaged by the courier on delivery. I let Photo frames and more know, they asked. For photos of the damage to the frame and packaging. Immediately they sent out a new frame. Excellent service, thanks.
