Pickleball Central has a huge inventory of products and their prices are competitive and often a bit lower than other companies. I really appreciate the 30 day trial period on paddles. Orders are usually shipped very quickly and returning an item is very easy.

I purchased a Holbrook Fuse paddle and the playing surface delaminated on its third use. Pickleball Central set me a replacement paddle and return return address label for the faulty paddle.

I've never experienced any problems,with my orders,they are handled in a timely manner,answering questions,when i have them,I will continue to order pickleball products from them as needed. Jim

We had a great experience with PickleballCentral! We ordered two paddles, and I absolutely loved mine right from the start. My husband wasn’t quite as happy with the paddle he chose, so he returned it and exchanged it for the same paddle I had.

I love the paddle I got (Franklin 45C) but UPS lost it shortly after it was shipped . After a few weeks I filed a claim with UPS but had no success getting any info. I then contacted Pickleball Central who immediately went to work trying to locate it. They found out UPS had indeed lost it, and they immediately sent out another paddle which I received a few days later.

Order was never received. The company cancelled my order with no explanation. As a result, I never got the product. I should have just bought it directly from the manufacturer, then I would have it. Instead, now it's sold out.
