I have tried many times to set up an account so I can track my purchase. I have at the request of your site changed my password and still can’t log in. I won’t try again.

I’ve purchased several items from pickleball central and have had a very positive experience. Their prices seem reasonable and communication is great.

I ordered the Mystery box and I am so happy about what I received. All the paddles are awesome! Great outcome.

Ordering process was quick and efficient. Pre-owned paddle was in even better condition than I anticipated. Will definitely go with pre-owned again.

A week and a half shipping for a pair of shoes is egregious 😭😭😭

Absolutely terrible. I purchased and was charged for a $100 gift card that was never delivered. I reached out to support 4 days ago and have still not heard back. However, I just got a notification that my $25 gift card was delivered. So not only are they unresponsive, they are actively stealing from me.

Morgan was on the phone w me for a long time . We went thru ALL the wide body/ elongated paddles we could find. I was in the CORP world 40 yrs and have an extensive resume. Morgan is a PERFECT salesperson and plz let her mgr. know. Thx soo much and I LUV the T-shirt you sent me months ago. I wear it in Orlando to my city center courts. Terrible delivery, taking over a week for delivery. I will be ordering from a competitor in the future. What happened to fast reliable service?

I have done two transaction with pickleball warehouse. Both have been excellent. I purchase a Joola Agassi Pro IV. I wasn’t crazy about the paddle after using it for 30 days. PickleballCentral made returning it absolutely easy. No hassle they took it right back. Their customer service is excellent. Then I purchased a Selkirk Boomstick. Again no one anywhere was offering a discount. The price was the price. But pickleball central offered $5 for 2 day priority shipping. Which is huge!! And then I was able to use a 5% discount code which they helpfully supplied to me. I have to say they are top notch. Great prices, easy to deal with!! I can’t recommend them enough.

We got two of the Proton Series 3 Peacock paddles, and both of us immediately noticed a big increase in our skill level. I really didn’t know if a better paddle would make a difference but it really has!

Cost of paddle was key in purchase. Shipping was good but can’t it become faster?

I had my order get lost by usps. So it is taking extra long for my stuff to arrive. But once I contacted their support team, I was able to get a another sent for free.

I can always count on getting exactly what I ordered in a timely manner! My club gets a 5% discount for the club and I get a 5% discount! Great paddle but I am learning to control the power!

My order was a pre-order that was ordered on 4/26/2026 and advertised to ship 5/2/2026. It finally “shipped” on 5/11/2026 but hasn’t actually shipped yet. Label was created but package has never moved/updated to this point. After week after the label was created and it still has not been accepted by the USPS.

I asked the same day of arrival of item for a refund, went to postal service the next day. The item shows return of May 2, still waiting for refund 16 days later. I’ve reached out twice and told item is under review!
