The overall experience was good and they were prompt in response. The way they made sure everything is taken care of for us is commendable. I would definitely recommend them for their promptness and effectiveness.

My amazing end to end hassle free experience on Singapore trip planned with pick your trail.

The trip was very thoughtfully planned with making sure enough time to rest and recover, customised as per the requirements and best part was it was managed end to end including visa processing.

Highly recommend and thanks to different executives I interacted with from the start, Geethika, Dhayananthan and Preethi. I always felt I was well supported and had someone on my side as and when needed.

Is it perfect - No
Why - Pricing, command premium over other alternatives like MMT. Hotel initial recommendation was not ok but was changed on request. Some minor mistakes by Singapore ground team which perhaps will be a different company or agency.
Travel Insurance was included later on request and not recommended from start.

But for sure they come very close to perfect and will highly recommend if you are short on time and need a near perfect planning

Trip was excellent. Just few things u guys need to improve. Firstly , u guys can try giving a city tour on the very first day to enhance the knowledge about the place. Secondly, try to keep a single driver for a day. Otherwise everything was good. No complains. Harish.S , our trip custodian was very helpful and was on his toes during the whole trip. ⭐⭐☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience with PickYourTrail

I booked my trip to Eastern Europe through PickYourTrail, covering Prague, Bratislava, Zagreb, Ljubljana, Budapest, and Vienna. Unfortunately, the entire experience was marred by poor planning, lack of coordination, and serious operational lapses.

The most alarming issue was related to my Schengen visa. PickYourTrail planned and booked a 14-day itinerary (including travel days), whereas my Schengen visa was issued for only 13 days. This critical mismatch should have been identified by any competent travel planner. As a result, we were stopped at Frankfurt Airport during immigration, causing immense stress, anxiety, and embarrassment at the start of our trip. A serious situation was created solely due to their negligence in itinerary and visa planning.

Further, the company booked a 5-star property for three additional nights, resulting in an extra financial burden of nearly ₹50,000 on me. Despite acknowledging the issue and assuring me that the amount would be refunded, the promised reimbursement has still not been processed.

Throughout the trip, there was virtually no coordination with the ground support team. Whenever assistance was required, responses were delayed or inadequate. The support structure that was promised during the sales process was simply not available when it mattered the most.

What is most disappointing is that numerous commitments were made before booking regarding seamless travel, proactive support, and personalized service. However, most of these promises remained unfulfilled. Once the payment was made, the level of service fell drastically below expectations.

A honeymoon is a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and travellers place their trust in professional travel companies to manage important details accurately. In my case, that trust was misplaced. The visa oversight alone could have resulted in far more serious consequences.

Based on my experience, I found the planning, communication, and customer support to be highly unsatisfactory. I would strongly advise prospective customers to thoroughly verify all visa requirements, itinerary details, hotel bookings, and refund commitments in writing before choosing PickYourTrail.

Overall, this was one of the most stressful and disappointing travel experiences I have encountered, and I cannot recommend their services based on my experience.

My experience for singapore trip through pickyourtrail was amazing. They were quick responders, patient and available 24 hours round. They even helped in making videos for reading at difficult places in case we are unable to find. Especially saiyam, dhanyatanam and adithyan were my caretakers for the trip and supporter wonderfully.
