I bought a frame and photo for my father. It was delivered on Saturday 3/20 however my father was out of town until today. When he opened it the frame was chipped in the top left corner. I am extremely disappointed. Not only did the frame come 2 days later than I was initially told it would (so my father was unable to recieve it on his actual birthday) but it was also chipped. This is not a cheaply present

I've been buying frames from this company for many years - even through a paper catalog, before they changed their name. I can tell you, most of their frames are very good. I have only had one frame that I did not like during that time. My latest order was for some prints - thin frame, mat and plexiglass. It was easy to order. These are a good value, no more expensive than your big box art/hobby stores, and they are better quality.

Very easy to figure out how to get the right frame size. It was super easy to find the right frame style through the search feature and easy to check out.

Timely and good quality

I ordered two frames; at the time of order (3/13/26) was told they would arrive 3/18-3/20. I didn't receive a confirmation or any updates. Today, 3/19, I contacted them by live chat and was told the frames would ship 3/23. That might be too late for a gallery submission. I asked to speak to a supervisor to see if this could be expedited. I wasn't connected with anyone else, and was told it cannot be expedited. I won't order from this company again.

Placed order 3/7/26. Was supposed to arrive no later that 3/17. Tracking system
never varied or updated. Emailed Pictureframes on 3/18 when package failed to arrive. Reply stated that frame was out of stock and it was not known when it would be back in stock. Apparently no one intended to inform me about this. No way to run a business.

Just received the frames I ordered. They were 2 days earlier than expected and as always, they are beautiful.

Well, let me start by saying that every frame I've ever purchased has been top quality! The only complaint I have is that all the frames I used to love are gone! They used to have a huge selection of frames, most notably, the ones listed as "ready-made frames"!!! They are all gone! Most of the frames that are left won't work for me. The remaining selection is miniscule compared to what they used to have!
