You had the variety of frames I was looking for. Wider selection than some other sites.

It was A struggle to know how to select the right frame-I had to consult an artist friend who went to the website and matched one to my needs
Otherwise I would have stopped looking at your site

Good selection of styles, good information about measuring and ordering and easy to navigate site. Looking forward to having the painting framed and hanging.

I paid about $400 for a frame with UV Protective (Archival) Acrylic. The frame arrived poorly-packaged, the packaging was open on one side. The acrylic was shattered in the corners. I contacted pictureframes.com to ask how I can prevent the same from happening if I order new acrylic, I did not even ask for a refund. They never responded to me. Giving 2 stars because the metal frame is well-made and did not get damaged but I cannot recommend this company due to terrible customer service on damaged, expensive items.

Had to call customer service for help matching dimensions to an already existing framed picture, and they were kind and very easy to communicate with.
So very helpful. Wonderful framing and printing service. I would recommend having them print and set your prints in the frames. Much more professional look than others I had printed and placed myself.

Great selection of frames,sizes, colors, mats, etc. Such an easy interface to use. You're able to add a sample picture to see how it will look. That and or print the picture with the frame.

Frame arrived broken!! Does not work, I am so upset. It looks like it was broken then returned then shipped to me. Very upset since I spent $300.

Website was easy to use, good prices.

The frame was well priced and arrived reasonably promptly. However the hardware was not included and I was told I would have to wait another 4-6 weeks to receive it or I could go buy my own and get a $15 refund. This is simply not acceptable and a good reason not to shop here again.

I love the ability to do custom orders. The website makes ordering very easy. The wood is beautiful, and I appreciated finding it in the walnut finish. The quality of the workmanship is very, very good. The pricing was very reasonable, much better than I was able to find elsewhere. The packaging was extremely well done. I thought that the delivery time was exceptional, considering that this was a custom job and not a ready-made frame.

The online experience and chat assistance was appreciated. However, Upon delivery and opening the box I noticed a half inch indentation on the front of the frame. I took pics and tried to send a reply to your website and it was not as user friendly as the purchasing features. I tried 2 of your contact features and got no reply. I will likely look elsewhere for other framing needs that I have at present. Thanks for asking!

Excellent selection; great sale prices. The only thing is I wish the metal frames could go as small in dimensions as the wooden ones can.....this is a sad shortcoming. Why not change that discrepancy? Thanks.

As an artist I wish prices were better and also shipping so I would not charge my clients so much .

One of my medal frames has a white border. Which I should have also noticed and had it cropped.
