i bought a titanium 9mm curved barbell…
i bought a titanium 9mm curved barbell that came with 4mm balls and a straight bar with 3mm balls. i bought the barbell to replace the 4mm balls because it unfortunately didn’t come with a 3mm option, but i’m so glad to have found a 9mm barbell because 10mm was way too big but 8mm wasn’t going to fit. the items came very quickly and everything came perfectly fine.

Really happy with my purchases from pierceoff - exactly as described.
Needed to return one item (my ordering fault) and there was a bit of a delay in getting a response due to them catching up on the Easter backlog, but other than that communication has been great.

Great website specifically for body piercings
I really liked this website, and delivery was quick. What disappointed me was that items they did not have in stock were shown as in stock on the website. Also, they do not have back orders and had no timeline for when the items might be available.

Lack of communication
Seems as if they are more responsive here than via email. Payed for express & it’s been more than a week & still not shipped out despite their website saying they dispatch within 1-2 days, on top of the express shipping it should of arrived by now. Emailed 3 times, dm’d on insta & 0 response. The lack of communication is unfortunate because I would of seen myself buying from them again if they simply just replied even if they explained a delay of some sort, would of been better than 0 response. I mean I’m sure these guys don’t have a hugeeee influx of emails to get through so no excuse really other than laziness.

Amazing Jewellery for a Great Price
Have ordered from PierceOff a few times and have always had a good experience. I’ve been a customer since 2018 and will continue to buy my jewellery for my piercings here as the quality is amazing for the price.
I have worn the same piece of jewellery in my helix every single day since I bought it and I bought it in February 2020. Ive swam in chlorine pools, the beach, slept and had multiple medical procedures with this jewellery piece in and it looks exactly like when I first bought it!
Would highly recommend for the wide range of jewellery for amazing prices!!
