I am a new Minecraft player with little to no knowledge on how server works, trying to play with a friend. I encountered an issue where I could not get the server to work at one point but it was working well the day before so I thought I did something wrong. I sent a ticket and reached out to Eshan regarding the issue. It was promptly solved and was compensated as it was an issue on the server side. I felt heard when I communicated my issues and comforted in knowing the issues are resolved promptly by a dedicated host. I know a decent bit about computers, but I was really confused about making a modded mc server, I just joined the discord and and they help me out with every problem I ran into. Very easy and nice

My experience with Piglinhost has been amazing. Their customer support, particularly through discord, has been extremely helpful and even helped our community transfer our MC server from bedrock to java and helped guide us through our options for plugins and how to install them ourselves. Quick setup, great support, good prices.

I have to start off by saying that the customer support is very quick and helpful.
As for the server, in my opinion, it is a little complicated to set up if you're planning to use A LOT of mods (some mods didn't work for some reason), but otherwise, you should be fine.
Even though it was a little hard for me, I still would recommend it.

Helper was persistent without being annoying, and put in so much extra work to ensure that the client was happy and quality was delivered.

I've worked with several other hosting services, and Piglin by far wins it. They stay true in that your monthly or quarterly cost is the only one and gives all the features possible. Piglin has the best support I've ever seen. Just an example: I asked support to help set up the server, and he proceeded to also add optimizations and setup my voice chat mod I had installed. 10/10 experience for the cost.

I attempted to buy a 6GB server during the summer sale but for whatever reason, the payment didn't want to go through, I later get a notification from my bank to tell me that I had been charged 9 times for a server I couldn't even buy. Would not recommend.

It took no time to transfer my server over to PiglinHost, and when I asked for support in their Discord, they were quick and gave me detailed and very helpful responses. I plan on keeping their services and to use them for any future servers.

This is the first mine-craft server I rented and wow its so easy to get things to work. The support is so helpful, they helped me to install th3 mods and helped me with whatever I asked for. I been with them for a week so far, I have no issues. I have full control over my server too! thats so cool.

Good quality server, and extremely quick support when problems arise. They're happy to help with all manner of requests, ranging from solving basic technical support issues to helping figure out how to install various mods.

And I think it's worth noting that at no time did anyone from the company ever come to my house and kick my dog.

There servers have been very good since I've gotten it, Haven't had any issues with my friends disconnecting from the servers at all. They are very friendly and helpful when you need help having a mod being put into your server all for free. Definitely recommend them

I have tried a lot of diffrent minecraft hosting services, in search of a place where i want to stay. And i certanly finally found it here!

Haven't had a problem yet and when I did have a question that required a support ticket, support was super quick to get back to me (on a Saturday, no less). So far pleased as a peach to be using the service for a small personal server with friends. I can definitely say I recommend them.

Piglinhost provides me a 4 gig Minecraft server. I've used them for a while now. The price is pretty good. I have accidently broken my server twice, both times support, which is accessed via Discord, very quickly got me back up and running. I'm real happy with them.

Rock solid servers which are very reasonably priced. And by far the most superb customer service I've come across in the Minecraft hosting world. Can't fault the speed and helpfulness whenever we have a query or something new to set up :)
