I cannot praise this company highly enough for the outstanding customer service I received. After raising a concern about my order, I was surprised and genuinely impressed by the personal attention given to resolving the issue. The problem was all down to the courier service and nothing about the product.
The founder Greg personally handled the matter with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. My concerns were listened to, acknowledged, and resolved promptly, with a full refund offered without hesitation. It was clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority for this business.
What stood out most was the empathy and understanding shown throughout the process. Rather than feeling like just another customer, I felt valued and respected.
Thank you for turning what was initially a disappointing experience into such a positive one. Exceptional leadership creates exceptional customer service, and this company is a perfect example of that. I would happily recommend them to others and will not hesitate to shop with them again.

Just to clarify, our CoolZone™ pillowcases aren’t designed to feel ice cold all night. The cooling technology works by drawing excess heat away from the body and reducing heat build-up, rather than simply making the fabric feel cold to the touch. The technology is scientifically proven to reduce heat build-up by up to 50%, but the cooling effect can feel different depending on the individual and their sleeping environment.

I found the cool sleeping mats and cool pillowcases did the job, they lower body temperature and enabled a better sleep.
