Ordering easy delivery fast and product very well packaged! Communiction from ordet excellent

I'm so impressed. Communication was great with Phil at Pinecut4you from our first call, we had an urgent need for fast delivery due to a very time sensitive project- which they understood and went above and beyond to meet. The website is extremely user friendly, which made the experience considerably more positive and why we didn't opt for a more local business. Wood was beautifully prepared, accurately cut and very carefully wrapped and packaged. Courtesy calls to update us too. Will be using again very soon.

What a delightful experience. Straight forward, no ifs no buts. Really pleased.

Excellent company. The wood is perfectly cut and exactly what I needed. Also had a lovely courtesy call to say when it'd be delivered. Will definitely be using Pine Cut again for more home projects.

Needed 3 large pine boards for a job, spoke to Phil, placed the order through their website and he made sure I had them onsite when needed.
Pinecut4you delivered 3 high quality 27mm boards and I’m very happy and so was my customer.
Highly recommended

Easy ordering system, took a call from them a couple of days later, was advised of delivery date, arrived as promised and all the timber is excellent, correct sizes and great quality. Friendly efficient and great service, overall a 5 out of 5 from me!

High quality material, cut to exacting standards. Would recommend and will use them again in the future.

Great customer service from Phil, who promptly was willing to solve an issue I encountered.
Items delivered at the requested time. Finished item looks great.

Great company, very fast delivery. Lovely fella even carried it all in so my daughter didn’t have to while I was out. Would definitely recommend.

Brilliant company, called to tell me when it was coming. Speedy service throughout.

The pine sheets were just what I wanted. The wood was flat and not warped which is what I was worried about. Quck and easy to order, would highly recommend.

One man band business and he also personally deliverd the order. I had made a mistake with the order which got rectified over the phone and all windowsills were delivered in perfect condition. Very pleased indeed and glad to be supporting a small business. Would not hesitate to order again.

Brilliant service and brilliant price will be using again. great quality product delivered swiftly.

Service was very good, being kept informed as to the order status. Order arrived, and was good quality timber, and was very well packed. Only downside, was a mistake made on the width dimension, so the shelves ordered were too wide! Would certainly use again.

So easy to order, beautiful quality and perfectly finished. Was also really pleased to see how well it was wrapped and protected during shipping when it arrived. 10/10!

Communication from start to finish was excellent. Phil and his team delivered the order personally and unloaded it to the specific room we wanted them.
