Great price and fantastic service with next day delivery

Very quick delivery, only issue is really had is i wanted the bag and they'd ran out. So a substitute would have been great. Otherwise cant complain so 4 it is only cause I really wanted the milwaukee bag for the milwaukee stuff ive got currently. Would probably order again, though would definitely shop about first. Thank you otherwise.

I ordered a De walt grease gun on 15th march. DHL attempted to deliver but could not find my address on 17th march. On the 18th of march DHL status was showing ‘in depot’ so i rearrange for a pick up at a local service point. DHL should have dropped my parcel off on the 20th march at local service point, but they didn’t. Now my status with DHL is showing void as my tracking number is not recognised.

I then rang power tool world to see if they can shed some light on matter. Power tool world has a telephone number that has an automated message telling me to use the online website! You can not speak to anyone.

Yesterday I messaged power tool world online but recieved no reply. I then email power tool world again today to see what my status is. Power world tool replied

‘There is no need to send multiple messages as this can delay us responding to your query.’

Well, puck up the bloody phone!!!!

Now power world tools want me to sign a disclaimer to say me and my family haven’t robbed the parcel.

They maybe great prices at power world tools but its been 9 days since i placed an order and I received no information at all as to where my parcel is , yet i have to pick up the pieces and sign a silly disclaimer all at my inconvenience.

Parcels are going left right and centre. Just read the reviews on here.

Im £240 down and haven’t got a clue whats going on.

If you’re a punctual person and need reliability, Im afraid you will be disappointed with power tool world. Not for tradesman

Ordered a makita fast charger as it was over £60 cheaper than either of the nations favourite suppliers - Toolfix or screw station. Prompt delivery and it’s charging a battery quickly as I type this.

The goods arrived in a cardboard box with half the top section open, which could have led to the loss of the two batteries inside. Poor packaging.
Other than that service was OK and I was happy with the usual Milwakee quality

Terrible customer service! Bought a lawn mower from this company. When I received it last Friday the wheel was broken. Called multiple times on a Friday afternoon and couldn't get through. Sent an email instead. Monday, no response until I called up at 11am. Was lied to regarding not being able to have a replacement mower and only entitled to a wheel, that had to come from Bosch. Made a complaint on Tuesday, reminding them of the consumers right act of 2015 and turns out I can have a replacement. Sent the mower back and still being told that I have to wait up to 14 days for a replacement even though they have the mower and its now 7 days since I reported the damage! Go with another company that will look after you if theres a problem.

Check your SKU! Deliberate kit "downgrade" and zero accountability.
​I ordered the Bosch A77 Full Kit (Mower + Battery + Charger) for a Municipal Volunteer Project. What arrived was a tampered box with a "Body Only" A08 sticker.
​The Evidence: > 1. Weight mismatch: The DHL label showed 11.24kg, proving the high-value battery and charger were removed before dispatch.
2. The "Smoking Gun": Despite the battery being missing, its manual was still inside the mower box. This proves the kit was intentionally opened and components extracted.
​The Service: Support (Fiona) offered no apology and attempted to stall with a "48-hour investigation." Only after I mentioned a PayPal dispute and the impact on my community work did they "suddenly" find the parts to send.
​Final Verdict: The missing parts arrived in a blank box with zero documentation or apology. This feels like a systematic strategy to see if customers notice the missing items. Avoid unless you are prepared to act as your own auditor.

Received obviously used items. My tracking was delayed more than once.
I decided to accept 20 quid off my order. The company offered 12.
Don’t deal with this company. I don’t even think what they are sending are genuine articles. Avoid at all costs. I’ve been stung . Just a heads up to future buyers to avoid being stung. Absolutely crap company. Just being honest and sharing my experience.

Value for money very happy with new purchase so far & speedy delivery from supplier. Bought as a replacement for 20 year plus Makita LS1040 which eventually packed up.

All went well, good price, fast delivery, then one of the products that was delivered was damaged,I actually think it was already a return as it did not have any internal packaging, I informed PTW and sent pictures, response was pretty quick!, apparently I have too fill out a DHL return form, then when the item arrives back at PTW they will send a replacement apparently this may take up to two weeks !,,, not sorry we’ve messed up we will sort it asap, but you need to organise it yourself, sent item back, checked tracking it arrived but heard nothing, so I followed up and informed them they had it, it then got sorted, really don’t think it would have had much attention if I hadn’t, asked for customer service and MD details, “Denied !” Told my complaint would be past on, obviously heard nothing back. Ultimately was without a crucial part of the main tool I purchased and unable to use through no fault of my own but apparently PTW policy !,,, very very unimpressed, ironically I also purchased from another company at the same time, they made a mistake and sent wrong item, things happen, they immediately shipped the correct one received following day and organised the collision of the incorrect one, about to order something else, guess which company I’m going to order from?. Clue!, it’s not PTW.

Sent out a damaged £170 Milwaukee Packout box and failed to include the free gift that was advertised with the purchase. No free gift, Packout box sent in manufacturer packaging and arrived damaged. Had to reluctantly accept a £15 refund.

Wouldn’t trust to deliver any more items, Poor service, Poor packaging and Terrible customer service.

Good price and promised free next day delivery. Unfortunately, their chosen courier DHL were absolutely hopeless. Stayed in all day to receive; tracking app said with courier but not time given. Finally, late afternoon telephoned (another nightmare to get through) and was told it would not be delivered that day but probably the next. Following day, was eventually advised one hour time slot so reorganised my day to ensure I would be in only to subsequently get doorbell alert of delivery hours before promised slot. Absolutely hopeless!

Reasonable priced item fast delivery highly recommended
