Easy to use Good value
Easy to use. Many connections numbers world wide. Good price. I like my plan which charges a higher cost per minute but no monthly base charge as I might go for a few months without calling.

Pingo is good if you want to save $ but lines are sometimes busy
Pingo is good if you want to save money on long-distance calls. You punch in a 1-800 number then your number and it works. I pay for it with Paypal. It does save money but the only catch is that sometimes Pingo has all its lines busy and you can't get through. But usually if you wait a few seconds and try again, it's free. That's the only real inconvenience with it.

I bought a month’s worth of eSIM
I bought a month’s worth of eSIM. My phone was supposed to be compatible (iPhone 13) but it didn’t install. I contacted Pingo right away to alert them and get a refund but got no reply.

Please note that not all devices are eSIM-compatible, so it’s a good idea to check that your device supports eSIMs before getting started. Please follow the link below to check if your device supports eSIM: https://Pingo.com/how-to-use#device-compatibility
Also, note that you might not even notice that the eSIM is already installed after scanning the QR code, and that is because the eSIM will most likely be assigned a random name such as: "Travel eSIM", "Business", "Cellular Data", "Personal" or probably a different one.
In case you are not able to install/locate the Travel eSIM, please provide us the following information and screenshots in order to further investigate this for you.
1. The IMEI of your device, you can get it by dialing *#06# or in your device settings.
2. Installed ICCID (Settings > General > About > Scroll down to find the ICCID)
3. APN settings (Settings > Cellular (or Mobile Data) > Data plans (or Cellular Plans, or SIMs) - Airalo eSIM (or whatever name it got assigned)
4. Cellular or Mobile Data Network)
5. Data Roaming (Settings > Cellular (or Mobile Data) > Data plans (or Cellular Plans, or SIMs) - Airalo eSIM (or whatever name it got assigned) > Data Roaming)
6. Available SIM/eSIMs (Settings > Cellular (or Mobile Data)

8. Cellular - Cellular Data Options and enable "Limit IP Address Tracking" ON.

Generally happy with the service
Generally happy with the service. Only issue for me is that the UK rate of 2,5p per minute does not apply if you use the o800 access numbe, but they don't say how \i can use the sevrvice without it.
