We had a lovely wooden banister truly handmade and would well recommend. It was well packaged and looks amazing on the wall. Thank you

It took 15 days to deliver item that website said would be here in 3 to 4!!
Terrible communication - struggled to get through to them and when I did, they were unapologetic and downright rude at times. Customer service doesn't appear to be an important aspect of the business. Tried to tell me that I was wrong - but their website AND the invoice they sent me, both quoted 3 to 4 days - how was I supposed to know that actually due to the size of the item, it should have been up to 10 days!!
Would not recommend if you want your item quickly.

Contacted the sales team for a custom fitting clothing railing. I gave measurements for the space and asked for help in figuring out what size the rail should be. I was told that the production team would make adjustments to the rail to fit the space and when I asked for those measurements to check I was told that I couldn’t have them. When it all arrived, it didn’t fit the space and I had to hack saw the pipes to fit. Not a huge issue but when spending just shy of a grand for a custom clothes rail …you’d expect it to fit!

Customer service was very friendly and the rail looks fantastic insitu.

Ordered a Square Solid Oak Cafe & Bistro Table for our small kitchen. Arrived on time with FedEx. It took me 45 minutes to unwrap the bubble wrap on the 3 packages you sent me. Construction of the table was dead easy -an allen key you provided and a pozidriv screwdrive I used. Had a few emails going back & forward to Oliwia to confirm our final build as the X-Base Leg on the web site was out of stock.

Definitely would not recommend, and ill never use again.
paid for express delivery for materials that didn't show up, I called to complain and the girl had the nerve to get rude on the phone saying "my expectations were unrealistic" but promised they would be delivered the next day.

I paid extra for next day delivery for items that I had called before hand to check the stock availability- I had welders onsite standing around waiting for 2 days for materials that never arrived.

the lost labour cost more than the profit on the job + this job affected the program and the following weeks work.

complete nightmare!

Excellent service, product, delivery and customer experience.

Delivery was just as fast as promised, with shelves arriving next day. We ordered 4 wood only shelves, as had separate brackets. The wood is good quality and matched the colour of the samples well. Look very good in our kitchen, very happy!

I bought from u twice now, and service and quality of the item has been outstanding.
I had a very niche bespoke measurement, which you fulfilled & were responsive all the way through. Quality of the wood is really good & looks beautiful. ❤️

Great service. Great product. Looks amazing and was received with no issues.

Received the item next day and in great shape! I ordered the walnut handrail with all the fittings and it's looking lovely on my wall.

Excellent experience. Questions about products were answered promptly. The product I did order arrived speedily and was just as described. Would highly recommend.

Great item, exactly as described and looks lovely in our living room.
Paid for next day delivery and it did indeed turn up the next day.
Quality is fantastic and would buy from here again!

Quick service and exactly what i asked for. Would recommend.

Product just as described thanks
Would have been 5 stars but despite paying for next day delivery it arrived 2 days later

Really good service. Order arrived as expected next day and they had cut down one pipe to a smaller size for me. Would recommend to anyone.

Outstanding! Purchased twice from them now and both times quality and service have been exceptional. Can’t fault them at all.

I ordered an oak shelf to use as a windowsill. What I particularly liked was that the shelf came in several widths and I could order a specific length. This had been a sticking point I encountered when checking out several other suppliers. I ordered the shelf and within an hour I had received confirmation that my order was complete and would be delivered the next day which it was. The courier informed me of the time of the next day delivery and was bang on time. The shelf was so well wrapped there was no way it could have been damaged in transit, very impressive and it looks great it my kitchen so very pleased with purchase.

I made an error on my order (ordered 1 instead of 2) so I called up pipedreamfittings and they told me how to fix it without paying extra for shipping. No fuss, website easy to use and delivered as expected. That’s my experience of this company. Also, best price on the Internet. Why the complaints?

All as ordered arrived next day Job done happy customer.

I purchased a loaf handrail after looking online. Paid for next day delivery, after making phone call to company to check on timescale for standard delivery, and was told that the order would join the queue for workload and be delivered as soon as after it was made if we did this. I did need it quickly, so paid that bit extra. It arrived the following morning, complete with the 4 fittings to attach the 3.6 metre pole to the wall. Heavy rail, well made, and good fittings. The only issue which I suggest that the company address is that delivery was by DX, and we were supposed to get an email and a time slot for delivery. Nothing received at all, and the driver came and left the package in our front garden. Hubby was out, I was in the back garden. I checked CCTV which showed that he just left it there, didn't knock on door or email to confirm delivered.
