thieves i ordered a Ferarri hoodie in feb asked for a refund in may to this day still haven't received either the refund or the hoodie they just take your money and stop responding

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service provided by Pit Stop 1 regarding an overdue refund for an order placed on March 28, 2024. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this issue, my refund for Order Number # PS-24-642184 has been pending for over 120 days.

I purchased a Scuderia Ferrari F1 men's 2023 Team Football Jersey for $198 NZD, and according to Canadian consumer law, I am entitled to a timely refund for products not provided within a reasonable timeframe. However, Pit Stop 1 has failed to adhere to these regulations.

I have repeatedly contacted customer service, but have not received a satisfactory response or the refund. This lack of communication and delay is unacceptable and constitutes a violation of consumer rights.

I bought as a gift for my brother who loves racing themes. It was very important for me to choose quality clothes to impress him and I tottally succeeded. The gift turned out to be unique, I think after this all roads are open for him to become a real racer.

Terrible experience. In March, I ordered two items. After a week, the order wasn't shipped so I wrote them to know when it would be. They answered that one of them wasn't available yet (which wasn't indicated on their website at the time of purchase). I waited another 3 weeks and still nothing. I wrote them twice in 7 days to cancel my order. Instead, without asking or answering any request, they sent the available item. After two months (May), I wrote them again to know what was going on. They modified my order and removed the BO item. Mid-June I wrote to inquire about my the refund of the item and still no answer. Beginning of July, I had to call my credit card issuer settle this. I do not recommend that seller. Poor communication.

The length of time to receive the product was much longer than initially communicated. I had to follow-up multiple times requesting an update on when the product would be delivered. So, communication was poor. After months of waiting, we finally received the product.

I ordered two Polo shirts in Feb.2024 and one item eventually was delivered after 7 weeks. Two months of being told the other item was backordered I requested a refund. Repeatedly I was told the other item was going to be shipped but when I asked for a refund I was told it would be processed. I have yet (June 26, 2024) to be refunded for the item not shipped. I have now had to go to my credit card company to try and get a resolve to this matter. A friend of mine also had the same problem when he placed an order but after a long time eventually got a refund to his credit card. I purchased from this company being that it appeared to be a Canadian company and I like to support Canadian businesses. But after this debacle of an experience I would tell anybody DON'T do business with PITSTOP1 as I can only view them as a Rip Off enterprise. I probably unwisely thought they did business in good faith. Apparently NOT

I'm having the same issues as most people here.
I placed an order for 2 items with Pitstop1 Store in March, and it's late June and only received one of two items. I've reached out to customer service multiple times, asking for a refund, but each time I only receive the same response: they are checking with their fulfillment team. It's incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. The lack of transparency and repeated generic replies make it clear that this business is not trustworthy. When I bought the items it was showing "in stock" and truly they don't have anything in stock.
Like many here, I wanted to support a Canadian business but this one is not a serious business.

Ordered an item 3 months ago, first 2 months didnt delivered the product then promised a refund. Excuses after excuses, then the third month also excuses with the refund never intended to give money back to customer. After 3 months suddenly advised good has send out which i didnt even wanted it anymore. The worst online shopping experience of my life. Stay out from this site.

I ordered something in February of this year and still haven't received it. First it was supply issues and now it's just someone is checking with the fulfillment team but I never get an answer. I have never experienced this bad service without getting a proper answer of when my item will be shipped. Definitely won't be ordering from them again and will not recommend to anyone.

I ordered 2 shirts. Got charged for 2 shirts. Then they say they only had 1 of them. Refunded me, but not correct amount. They're about an hour away from me and charged me too much for shipping for just 1 item. They never responded to messages or emails. So, they just pocket the difference. Amazing.

Easily the single worst online transaction of my life.

This is not a real store. These items are not in stock.

When you make a purchase on this site the person (or honestly could be ai) then orders it from an actual store.

I was glad to find a merch supplier in Canada. I happily paid for 3-6 day expedited shipping to get my item for a trip.

When the item wasn't shipped I reached out via email. This is the only contact listed for this “store.” There is no phone number, no address. These items are shipped out of somebody’s living room.

I sent multiple emails and didn’t hear back for days. The eventual reply was chatgpt mumbo jumbo that answered literally not a single question.

When it was clear the item wasn’t in stock and not going to make the shipping quote I asked for a cancellation and refund. Days later they finally acknowledged me and started the refund process.

Almost a week after that my shipping label was created.

I immediately reached out and was ignored for another week until I was simply told my item was in transit, completely ignoring the cancellation and refund.

The item has now arrived and multiple emails asking for refund and return shipping labels are being ignored again.

I expect to hear back in another week with more non-answers.

Might as well start the payment dispute with Visa now…

Avoid this “store” at all costs

Did an order with them after 3 months never got my merchandise or a refund had to do a claim with my bank, Don’t Buy!!!!

Pure scam, ordered, paid, nothing came.

One of the worst possible online stores I ran into. I am not sure why I keep thinking they will improve but that is the last time I ever order. First order never received after weeks of waiting was cancelled. 2nd attempt again weeks of waiting and excuses finally the item arrived which I question if even it’s authentic. Then last order and surly the last now closing to a month since I did the purchase I don’t even get a response from support. Don’t ever use them!

Great products. Very slow shipping! Very poor communication on the website and through customer support.

The order got delayed at least 3 times.
My order had 2 items.
First, Mercedes-AMG Petronas F1 2024 Team Baseball Cap Black/White.
The cap is extremely small for an adult and there's no size options when ordering.
The second item, Mercedes AMG F1 Men's Polka Dot Polo.
Good fabric quality but the sleeves are at least 2x shorter than what is depicted in the photos of the items.

This came OVER a month late. Rarely got a response and it was just delayed over and over again. Ridiculous. Asked for a refund and miraculously they had already shipped it. Terrible - will never order again.
