I love the quality of the shirt. The Company has poor communication and processing orders to get shipped in a timely fashion. I ordered my wife an Aston Martin t-shirt March 2nd. Did not receive the order until 5.5 wks later. I didn't get a notification regarding the order until I reached out a month after purchasing it. No such thing as over-communication with customers. Do a better job folks...three stars is being overly generous.

You guys where super understanding and quick to respond when I wanted to make a return. The product was perfect I just didn’t mean to buy it at that time and the return process was great.

Quality of shirts is excellent! Considering I live so far away, delivery was surprisingly fast! Will definitely order again!

I sent three different emails and they only responded back to the last one of them with an automated generic response. The jacket I received was missing key details that were listed on the website (missing sponsored print on front and main logo on back). I reached out to see if I was given the wrong item or if all of that jacket were all like that and the website photos need to be updated. I sent two different emails asking for clarification and help and never heard back. Once I finally decided to return, I emailed for the shipping label and started the return process, I was sent a generic automated response on how to continue. Over all frustrated and disappointed. I was really looking forward to the jacket but since getting it’s been nothing but disappointment from both the jacket and customer service.

I finally heard back from them but I honestly think I only heard back from them because I left a negative review and asked to return the item. They said that it was in fact false advertising and the was the old model and they had since changed it but never updated the product photos. They said that they would update the photos/ listing accordingly. They offered 25% discount as compensation and asked the I update/ change my review.

I ordered a f1 jacket 5 weeks ago. I paid over 300 Australian dollars and they haven't sent it. They keep saying that they have supplier delays, of course this is what your told AFTER you spend the money. Do not trust them. I have referred them to aust federal police, aust consumer protection, who made it clear that they were aware of this company shonky dealings already and are looking at them..do not trust them.

Super slow shipping and very bad at communicating.

My purchase on Feb 21 has not been delivered a month later. There is no response from customer service when I email, text or call . I have done this multiple times. Their website showed the item in stock and they charged my VISA and I have not been able to get a refund. I am going to attempt to get a refund from my credit card company as I believe I have been scammed.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the level of customer service I have received from your company.

Approximately a month ago, I purchased a polo jersey from your store. However, since then, I have encountered numerous issues and have not received any assistance or response from your team. Despite reaching out multiple times via email, I have only received automated responses from Zendesk, and my inquiries have gone unanswered.

This lack of communication and support has left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with my overall experience. As a customer, I expect timely and helpful responses when encountering issues with a purchase.

At this point, I am left with no other option but to request either a resolution to my concerns or a refund of my money. I sincerely hope that someone from your team will address this matter promptly and provide me with the assistance I deserve as a valued customer.

The worst experience in a long time!!

After a month of the order got placed, I’m still waiting for my order to get processed (a month!).
I made the purchase the same day they released the new 2024 models and the website showed those in stock.

(I’m still waiting for my order to get placed), I just hope they get in time for the race.

A good price on a hard to find item that I needed as a gift. Pitstop 1 got the item in my hands in perfect time.

I placed an order at Christmas which was over over $150 (pre-tax) and was charged shipping. According to the website, orders over $150 should have free express shipping. I’ve reached out many times via email to customer support without any replies and tried live chat without response. What was supposed to be a cool gift idea turned out to be a bad first impression. Love this canadian based company. Me and my friends are big f1 fans and never found a one stop show where it offers many options and many sizes. Very happy with our purchase. Keep the good work and quality going 👏🏽

I was really impressed with the merchandise received from this store and I love the collections they offer. The quality and the price were amazing, and I would highly recommend them to any fans of F1 and Ferrari 🏎️. It’s worth noting that being based in Canada 🇨🇦, I didn’t have to pay any additional import fees unlike buying from international stores like Fuelforfans which I used to buy from. They ship from Ontario, so there were no extra charges from UPS.

I was so excited when I stumbled on this website looking for clothes for my husband. It was easy and lots of sizing available . I was very excited to see how current the riders were and that I could also buy clothes for my son. I love that it’s Canadian and I can support this shop. I had a question regarding shipment and my question was answered right away and my shipment had shipped.
Hands down will be ordering again in the future and recommending to everyone.
