After trying a couple of other consultants that didn't understand the issues, I remembered Ian had very generously given me advice at networking events, etc . I contacted him, he understood the problem immediately and knew how to proceed. His team (Bern) executed perfectly and we obtained the desire outcome. With the uncertainty of the planning system you need the best behind you, or it'll cost you more.

Ian demonstrated that he is a true expert in a field where nothing is certain. He did some good research to understand our issue, grasped it immediately and helped us navigate to a place where we are much more comfortable than we were prior to speaking with him
