Would be 5 star if one of the pots hadn’t arrived broken. But 5he company was quick to replace, so we now have two pots which work and look very good/well

Planters - excellent customer service
Planters as a company have been very good. The pots I ordered are lovely and exactly as expected. The delivery however was not too good - not the fault of Planters though. Their customer service was excellent, chasing up non delivered items in a very professional and friendly manner. I would definitely recommend.

Absolute cowboy company …. Save your money …
Bought and paid for a liner and 200cm planter .
Recieved the e mail advising out for delivery , stayed in all day (self employed ) no delivery even tracker advised it’s on its way..advised planters the next morning… no apology at all not interested … asked for a full refund and had a straight forward response … your money will be back in 5-7 days …. Shite after service , POOR customer service…shop elsewhere .

It would have been 5 for the product…
It would have been 5 for the product but whilst they continue to use DHL as their courier I would not reorder. The delivery got lost in DHL system and no human to help you. Round and round in circles. Planters did chase DHL and eventually it got delivered. The product itself was fantastic. Planters. I urge you to change courier, you are losing business because of their incompetence.

Terrible customer service
I am now very concerned about this company I have been trying to contact about an order I placed 3 days ago ago for an update of when my delivery would be made . Phoning them was hopeless as I was listening for ages to a piece of music , countless calls for up to 5 minutes or more. Many emails and no response !

The Good, the Bad.
First off, I must say that the product is fantastic. Good price the liner is great. There were good choices regarding size and colour and easy to use your web site.
On the down side the delivery was terrible. 1-2 working days for £8. I needed this as a present allowed 4 days and nothing. It would seem it was a DHL issue. I had to drive 30minutes to collect it 8 days after the order was placed not any real help from Planters. I was going to return it as I had made alternative present arrangements, but as I said the product is good. All this has dramatically increased my expenditure for what was a well priced product. Just beware of delivery times quoted and you should be happy with your purchase.

The whole experience has been hopeless
The whole experience has been hopeless. I ordered 2 planters and chose to pay using ApplePay button. This immediately took the money (£140) and added a £49 delivery charge which I thought was too much. I immediately cancelled the order but was told it had already shipped (at around 8pm on a Sunday night!). I was told the delivery charge would not be refunded and I would have to pay for return delivery. Clearly they lied as I got confirmation that it had shipped 24 hours later. I told them to contact the delivery company but they claimed they couldn’t for some reason. I returned home 2 days later to find them dumped in the middle of my drive on a pallet with absolutely no contact from the delivery company. Luckily i paid with Amex who confirmed I had taken all reasonable steps and have withheld payment

Unfortunately, once an order has left our premises, we are unable to cancel or amend it. We also understand that pallet deliveries can be inconvenient; however, these are made on a kerbside delivery basis only, meaning our delivery drivers are unable to take the pallet inside the property.

Extremely disappointed..,,
I ordered four planters from Planters UK at a cost of £832.94. The website stated a three-day delivery, but after two weeks they still had not arrived. When I contacted the company to chase the order, I was told that the planters were actually out of stock and would not be available for another five weeks.
I therefore cancelled the order and was assured that I would receive a full refund. However, I received only a partial refund of £232.97, with no explanation as to why the remaining £599.97 had not been refunded.
Despite sending numerous emails, I received no response. Then, unexpectedly, the planters arrived. By this point, I had already purchased replacement planters from another supplier, which are now in situ.
I am still trying to obtain the outstanding £599.97 refund, but I cannot seem to get anyone to resolve the matter. I have called several times, only to be told that the person dealing with my order is not in the office.
I am now left in limbo, still waiting for money that is rightfully owed to me for goods I had cancelled.
This has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. I deeply regret ordering from Planters UK and, based on my experience so far, I have very little confidence that I will ever receive my full refund. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before ordering from this company.

Non Delivery
I am writing this at a time when I still don’t know if I have been scammed. Over 250.00 has been taken for 2 planters I ordered but between Planters Co UK and DHL they haven’t been received. This was acknowledged at the 7.99 postage was refunded ! But not the cost of the planters. Despite emails and ‘escalation to managers’ I am still not sure of the position

Highly delighted with the planters
I ordered 2 zinc cube containers and would highly recommend them. They arrived on time and were well packed. I was concerned that they may have a higher risk of damage due to their large size, 60*60*60 but my fears were unfounded. The units are very robust and look great now that I have transplanted 2 topiary plants in them.

Fantastic value
Definitely 5 Stars for the fantastic value for money and the way missing items were dealt with by Planters Customer services. However like mentioned before by other Customers I would seriously think about changing Couriers as they damaged the packaging in transit meaning parts were lost.

Excellent Planters, very happy with the product and service.
The whole process was straightforward and easy. The planters were exactly what I was looking for as a replacement for old ones. The price was very competitive and ordering easy. The website didn't explain all the details I needed, but the AI chat was surprisingly helpful. Delivery was free and they arrived in about 2 or 3 days. They are well packed in boxes. 1 (of 4) had a tiny chip in the paintwork, but that won't show when planted up. I hope the finish lasts, it seems very good. I am pleasantly surprised by the whole experience.
