Excellent customer service.
Had a problem with the product I ordered, but after informing them of the issue I was given a full refund and offered a £50 voucher towards another product.
Whilst the orginal product was not upto expectations, their customer service was 10 out of 10.

I would strongly advise against…
I would strongly advise against ordering from this company.
I ordered a planter costing over £100, along with additional liners which I paid extra for. The delivery experience was poor from the start. I was told my order would arrive on Tuesday, so I waited in all day, but it never turned up. It was eventually delivered on Wednesday.
When it did arrive, the box was badly battered and looked as though it had already been opened and poorly taped back together. The planter itself was damaged, the feet were a completely different colour to both the planter and the product shown on the website, and the liners I had paid for were missing altogether.
I contacted customer services immediately and sent photos as requested. Rather than offering to resolve the issue properly, I was offered just a 25% refund to keep a damaged, incomplete product and told to paint it myself! I declined and requested a full refund.
I was then told the item would be collected on Friday via DX. Once again, I waited in all day. When I called to find out where the courier was, I was incorrectly told the item had already been collected and that there was a photo as proof. It then transpired that the photo wasn't even of my item and had apparently been uploaded against the wrong collection.
I've now wasted three days waiting at home for deliveries and collections, I'm still out of pocket by over £100, and not received an apology for the inconvenience.
The quality of the product, the customer service and the courier experience have all been extremely disappointing. I have completely lost confidence in this company and will now be making a Section 75 claim through my credit card provider to recover my money.
I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Company good, delivery DHL not
This would hv been 5 stars for ordering and quality of planter. However, consider changing your courier, DHL, as the package was left at our side door, in full view of public pavement!!! I was at home! Emailed DHL about where package was left. Reply was apologising about not receiving goods!!!!.....Ai generated????

Dispatch was same day
Ordered a couple of planters, they were dispatched within an hour of placing the order and arrived well packaged and on time. The planters look lovely in the garden and are already in use, would use this company again based on this.

if i could give a zero i would
no email from the managing director so far , i have waited in for two days now for planters to be picked up, dhl are saying first there was no one in then did not go to the address, the driver was in the area so unsure why not picked up. 2 days waiting in , phoned planters they unable to help. refused to give managing director emails, how long does it take to get a return, this has been the most stressful experience i have had buying anything. please planters sort this , i can not keep lifting planters in and out my property for dhl to pick up. i could give a zero i would, very poor customer service. I ordered 3 planters 2 came damaged.send them back . waited for 2 new planters got email saying delivered when they were not.had to ring both companies many times , finally arrived 1 came damaged again . phoned customer service only refunded for 1 and arranged pick up for the 1 planters. being i no longer had faith in the new one coming un damaged i asked for all 3 to be picked up. I was told I was to return the 2 undamaged ones myself and pay even though they are picking one up . so now I am going to be out of pocket. poor quality items poor customer service .

Unable to deliver undamaged items
Our order of multiple planters arrived damaged and so two replacements were sent out. These also arrived damaged. We were then offered a discount, which we accepted begrudgingly as we were then tired of the whole saga. The delivery service was atrocious and the items were very poorly packaged. I wouldn't order again. The planters themselves were OK but of low quality.
