Refund due to out of stock but great customer service.
Had issues with one of the product being refunded due to lack of stock, which was frustrating. But after contact with the company the situation was resolved. The companies customer service is very good with the response to my complaint swift and sincere and have made a further order.

Brought 5 galvanised large planters
Brought 5 galvanised large planters. Easy to navigate website, fast and efficient delivery and well packaged. Look elegant and stylish now planted up against a long dreary retaining wall which lacked colour. Now a green haven and looking forward to it flowering and giving us great pleasure. Lots of compliments too. Would not hesitate to buy more and recommend. After doing some homework, I found these only cost £6 more than the comparable plastic product from another retailer, which lacked in style. So well worth the small amount more for something with a little more substance.

Product was great quality, purchased a large Zinc Galvanised Trough, came with made to measure quality liner so non of that hassle cutting material to size.

Poor customer service
My whole experience with this company has been a disaster. I ordered a metal planter at the end of April on the understanding it would be delivered within one working day.
After a week had elapsed no delivery so I emailed the company. They sent me an email saying they would find out what had happened, but each time I had to chase. Eventually they told me the order had been lost in transit and they would send out a replacement.
Then Another email from them to say that the item was no longer in stock but they could supply one in a different colour which I agreed to.
This item arrived within a few days. However, the frame that the trough sits on on wheels, was rusted on each corner, absolutely appalling.
I emailed again to tell them of the problem and sent photos as proof and despite their receipt email saying they would reply within one working day, nothing was heard from them for several more days.
After chasing again I then got an email to say sorry for the delay and they were sending out a replacement frame, no apology for the rusty frame!
Six days later and still no frame so I emailed again on the 1st of June. No reply received so on the 4th June I emailed again to say still no delivery and still no reply to my latest email.
It is now the end of another week and I have no reply from the company and no delivery.
I have been very patient seeing as I originally ordered about five weeks ago but my patience has now run out and I have given up all hope of receiving the replacement frame so the existing one I have no doubt after a while will be completely rusty and I will have paid well over £200 for an unusable item. This is by far the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to order from. Unbelievably poor contact and customer service if you can even call it that.
Since posting the above review, I have heard back from Planters with an apology and an offer to resolve the situation which I have accepted.
