Don’t reply to your emails. You can’t ring them.. and sum it up I went their to ask if they do any discount for a landscaping company which I am… client was going to buy quite a lot… a rely from somebody on the floor who could not speak English said no… so I did state your loss as had a number of clients wanting to buy quite a lot of plants… 👋👋 and customer service was pathetic… better places to get what I need and with a tease discount….😡😡

I purchased a Hellebore noticing the competitive prices for a plant in a larger pot than most of their competitors. The order process was efficient and communication very good. They notified me the delivery would be sooner than expected. The delivery experience was excellent, it arrived quickly, well packaged and the plant was in perfect condition. Nice healthy plant well packaged a good price

I went to the nurseries to buy 9 hydrangeas (silver dollar ) but they only had 6 in stock, when I spoke to a lady there, she said they weren’t expecting any more in and suggested i ordered online, which I have never done before, little bit apprehensive , as I do like to pick out my own plants. I decided to order all the plants online and I was really happy with them, and they were cheaper online. Ordering was easy and delivery was quick, they arrived in perfect condition. Wouldn’t hesitate to order online again. So definitely recommend .

Excellent range of plants, had to wait longer for delivery than predicted, but was kept informed. Worth the wait, as plants arrived in excellent condition and are now thriving in our garden.

Took delivery of four cypress topiary trees (spiral, two 3 ball lollipops and a pom pom tree) as well as some evergreen shrubs. I emailed a few questions about the trees (let down badly by another supplier who sent pathetic specimens which were nothing like the pics) and they kindly took real up to date pictures of their stock and sent them to me, as well as answering other questions about delivery to Scotland. The five large boxes arrived over two days and all were well packed and arrived with no damage. The topiary trees are excellent and actually look like the pictures online, particularly the spiral, which is bushy and full and beautifully clipped and now proudly planted in my front garden. Very little brown or old growth on any of the trees. I would not hesitate to order from them again. The shrubs were all healthy and full too. Good prices too. Recommended.

Excellent service and great help in ensuring healthy plants

Very good customer service - quick replies through emails. As a novice gardener, I had some questions and got all the answers I needed including delivery updates and photo of actual plants so that I know what to expect.
You would need to wait for large plants for delivery from Europe but it's done within 7-10 days.
Quality of the plants was amazing - healthy and well packed.
