Please give me the cash out I am owed. It's been 2 weeks.

I am waiting on a cashout of 45 dollars. My previous 25 dollar cashout had been claimed by a different email and it appeared as if my account had been hacked. They have not responded about it and are not helping me get the money

I've already written a review and just so you know making someone wait for there cashout then expiring it before it ever cleared is definitely against any kind of guidelines. I'll be looking for someone to help take your company down you shouldn't even be aloud to have a gaming app.

I have been waiting for nearly 3 months to get my $35 cash out after doing all this steps I even contacted support two months ago still no answer I look on the app today and it has expired do not even waste your time with this app and whoever has any experience with it we all got to stick together and make sure this bogus app gets shut down. Why all of a sudden is it saying expired because they don't want to pay yet I got my first $10 cash out took about a month and a half and I did the same exact steps for the $35 one. This is the absolute WORST site for rewards for playing games. Its been over 2 months, still no payout. A lousy 10.00. They're hide behind a chat bot. Tickets are NEVER responded too. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH YHIS ONE HERE!!!!

At first this app seemed legit as my first 2 cashouts went pretty smooth but for my 3rd $10 cashout, I had to wait 31 days just to get to the pending approval point and so far have been waiting on that for 3 weeks with 6 tickets submitted to support only to not hear anything back, 3 emails, also no response and AI is the only answer I get when I try to contact support which gave me a false contact number and email. Don't even bother with this app unless you want a big headache!!!

I have had to put in several support tickets to gett my 35 dollars cashout and they keep saying their "financial team" will look into it and admit that it has been over the timeframe they gave me themselves. Yet nothing is every communicated or updated. Its been over 3 months making me believe this has to be a fradulent scam app, stay away from this app as it will waste your time and or money.

Do not expect to be paid. They will make you wait months to get paid. They don't care about their customers. All they're wanting is you to play the games and burn out your data. Literally the worst game i've ever downloaded

Need help with my cash out been waiting since 7/12/2026

Initiated a $35 cashout in May 2026. So no love. Have waited patiently because i really wanted to like this app and I wanted to give it every chance I could but this is ridiculous and goes way beyond the excuse of being a small team. I worked hard and spent a lot of time to hit them milestones and I am owed what I worked hard for. ?,, I also have enough to cashout another $10 but guess what? Can't until the other cashout clears! I've opened tickets after waiting the countdown then after it went to waiting for approval and was told doneness was checking in it for me then no response. No response even after I opened more tickets. Silence. I am sure they made their chunk from me playing the games. Your welcome !I need to switch my payout paypal info to a different one because I don't have access to that PayPal acct any more. I would appreciate a simple response from you guys. Something to show the you might care about this. I can prove im the acct holder if you reach out to me at the email address below. Like I said I want to like you guys and I'm trying to be patient and understanding. The email listed below is the email associated with my Mobius acct. This is how u can reach me. Easy to earn at first but an absolute nightmare trying to cash out the money you earn. Customer service is all but non-existent. They respond once in a while with generic responses. If you try to put in more than one ticket, no matter how far apart, they delete the subsequent tickets and never respond to the first one. Been waiting nearly 2 months for my $45 cashout with no date for when I will get it (if at all) in sight!!!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

DAYS past the 25 day waiting period for my $15 cashout, and still nothing! Hoping for a reply from Mobius so this can be resolved. Such a frustrating experience!

Been waiting for 4 months for a payout and absolutely no help whatsoever from anyone and I don't understand why this is allowed

Scam. Received my $10.00 cash out (took over a month) been waiting almost two mins for a $35.00 cashout. Scam scam scam. Don't waste time or energy

After weeks waiting for approval I am now waiting for approval of the approval and I still have 50 plus dollars I have yet to collect. Choose a different app. No one should need to wait weeks and weeks. There are better options out there.

Dont use this service, unless you have alot of time on your hands to try and get your money from these people. Its a struggle to receive your money. I did receive a few cashouts but not without having to file complaints and open tickets. Now the most recent cashout for $10 (the smallest amount allowed) ive been waiting for 51 days!!! Ive opened multiple tickets and tried to contact multiple times and i never receive any info on whats going on or why its taking an unacceptable amount of time to pay a customer. And since you cant make another cashout request till the one previous is all cleared and sent you get really screwed. Not only have i not received my $10 but i also have $40 ive been waiting to cash out that im sure will never happen either. This company is a complete joke. Not quite a scam , but scandalous

My first $5 and $20 cash outs were successful but I'm still waiting on a second $5 cash out that took 20 days July, 1st - 20th for the status to change to waiting for approval and now it's the 25th of July and still nothing I have $45 left I wonder how that's gonna turn out 🤔
