First cashout took a month (said 7 days), second took 2 months (said 7 days), now the third (said 14 days) still hasn't arrived after a month. I just want my money that I spent hours to get. I would give this app and it's customer service department a negative rating but I can't. Have the games don't track, and when you do finally cashout. You are stuck waiting for months for a lousy $10 cashout. I would not recommend!!!

I worked hard to cash out $25 and $15. I attempted to cash out then I show they were rejected. How could they be rejected? I am also playing a game called nut sort. I have been playing it for less than 30 days. I am on level 300. I was supposed to earn $12.36 which isn't allowing me to click. Also there are other challenges listed that state they are expired. How could they be expired when I haven't been playing the game for 75 days etc.

Refusal to pay cash out!!!!!
I have been using Mobius for about a year now. They have always been bad at getting your cash outs on time. I always have to file a ticket but within a day or 2 they correct it and give me my cash out. UNTILL NOW!!!!! I cashed out a $45 reward over 30 days ago. Said it would be available in 72 hours. I have not seen a penny. I have filed 5 tickets, sent numerous emails and they refuse to even respond to me. I worked hard to get up to such a high reward and this company completely disrespected me... Use VYBS. every reward is in 72 hours or sooner. I have never had to contact support.

10+ days without pay for only a $10 (still have not recieved)
10+ days without pay for only a $10 withdraw. They stated up to 8 days for withdraw. On the 9th day it said on the app pending withdraw.. You would think in the 8 days the withdraw could have been activated/automated then approval would be completed as well. Fair warning, they only have $10 cashout option for first withdraw, then they do $35 for next checkout which I assume will be just as much of a hassle and wait time. Another reason for the 1 star review is limited offer options locked behind having to download games you have either already downloaded or ones that don't pay good. The best offer I had got removed after 4 days of playing.
Overall horrible play to earn app. There is no excuse for pay approval even with a small team. You would think it would only take minutes (if that) for them to process payment on their end for their users.

I've made several support tickets regarding my overdue cash out and I'm being completely ignored by support. Either this app is a scam or they abandoned it. Don't put your time into it.
