Ordered a hoodie and pants to Germany, the hoody has open seams and is also different then shown in the pictures, besides that it takes three weeks to deliver and eventhough they have a shop in Germany I had to pay 67 euros on top for custom and taxes when it arrived. Lessen learned don’t order stuff over instagram links . Sending back you also pay yourself plus invoice is missing. I highly doubt not recommend that brand, save your money not worth it.

Tried to get a refund but they kept lying, ignoring messages and messing me around. It was a load of unnecessary hassle and took months, When they do reply they use fake nice words but then their actions are very dishonest. Don't trust them! No matter how nice you think their clothing designs are, don't bother, it's not worth the risk,

Look at how bad their reviews on facebook too. Terrible company

Produits de qualité, mais service client désastreux, suite à un mauvais produit reçu lors d'une commande et maintes relances pour opérer à un échange du vêtement, on me demande comment ça va, on me dit que l'on va procéder à un échange mais rien n'est fait, on me recontacte sur facebook pour me demander à nouveau mon adresse mail mais rien n'est fait...

Société douteuse qui vous balade alors que votre commande n'est pas arrivée depuis 2 mois et se moque de vous si vous avez déjà payé les taxes douanières qui vous sont demandées avant livraison par les autorités françaises sous peine de plus value.
Peu importe que le lien de suivi soit sans équivoque pour appuyer votre réclamation... Manifestement ici on méprise complètement la clientèle qui achète au détail... Si vous tenez vraiment à acheter quelque chose de cette marque alors faites le plutôt auprès d'un revendeur fiable basé en UE...
