What an amazing experience with the ordering process. I emailed in a request for custom acrylic stands. Peter immediately got back to me. His response was quick and amazing. I told him what I needed custom made. This all happened over 2 day period. My order is already being made and will be to me within 15 days. I cant wait to see the product when it arrives! Awesome customer service
Great customer service. I ordered a large custom box and when to arrived it looked good but there was a small gap in one of the corners where air and light was getting through. I reached out to customer service and they offered to replace the box and give me an upgrade!

Would definitely recommend!
After a rocky start requesting a custom quote with no response for several days, the customer service afterwards was stellar. The white hinged box I ordered is exactly what I wanted. The hinges aren't 100% straight, but it doesn't detract from my satisfaction. I'm so happy that they offer custom sizes, although they are a bit pricey, and the shipping cost is very high.

Don't Risk It
The website states that returns are accepted within 7 days of the item's receipt, but it wasn't until after I had ordered that I found out from a customer service rep that not all items are eligible for returns. It should be made clear what is returnable and what is not.
