The Pleximart team was responsive with my custom quote, communicated well throughout the process, built and shipped my items quickly.

The product looked really nice and came fast

I ordered two display boxes to protect some of my collectibles, they're well made and great for my needs. They were delivered well protected in several layers of bubble wrap, I think the only way they could've been damaged in transit is if the delivery person pitched the box at my house from a speeding vehicle. The reason I gave 4/5 stars is originally I was only sent one of my boxes, and had to email the company twice before my second box was mailed. They did respond promptly to both of my emails and corrected the error, so I would still shop with pleximart in the future based on my total experience.

The service was excellent. I received immediate response to my email plus the quote. Thank you, Peter for your assistance. I am truly grateful.

Delivered what I ordered and crazy well packed

The product was great and the customer service was even better. There was a miscommunication in some dimensions and they produced a replacement promptly and at no charge.

I bought 4 custom made donation boxes. What I got well exceeded my expectations at a fair price. Shipping was super quick. Highly recommend this company.

I've ordered from Pleximart three separate times now and they've delivered all three times. In my most recent order, an item was missing, but they responded to my email in three hours and shipped out the rest of the order as soon as possible. I can't deny that their products are expensive, but you're paying for consistency and a headache-free experience (as well as a good product of course).

My order was filled on time. The product was as advertised and packed so that it was not damaged.
Everything was a positive experience.

I am very please with my custom acrylic box. The ordering process was very easy and Peter answered all my questions. The box was finished very quickly. The finished product is excellent. I highly recommend Pleximart for all your display needs.

Received exactly what I ordered and it is an attractive way to display my model. This is the second time I have ordered a display case from Pleximart. They are dependable and deliver a quality product.

Excellent.
Our experience was completely positive, from ordering, to production, to packaging and shipping.
Highly recommend Pleximart.

Excellent service and great care in shipping my item

Can make any custom shape you want. Peter is easy to work with and their team is extremely fast.

They might be sketchy. Placed my order, got a receipt, so far no order update, when I enter my order number on their site to check on it, nothing!

Site was easy to use and a little bit cheaper than the other sites.

The acrylic case we received was beautiful and delivered very quickly. It was large but arrived in perfect condition. Just what we had hoped for. Thank you.

I had ordered a custom sized box and it arrived within a week and I love it. Now I order a pre-made 6 by 6 a week ago (order #XURUJBSZL) and it's still in processing, not even shipped. How can that be? That's a box that should be in stock. Ridiculous.

Measurement mistake on my part but I ordered a custom box and only figured for one wall instead of two to give outside dimensions. Since I'm fitting the box around something I also specifically included what the inside dimensions need to be in the note (the correct measurement). For the price I paid I feel you should have read my note, checked, and contacted me for a correction before production. EDIT: please match your description of measurement labels with the ones in the form. Thanksyou
