As a wedding florist, I was beyond impressed with the clear acrylic pedestals I ordered for a recent event. They were absolutely STUNNING—crystal clear, sturdy, and the perfect modern, elegant foundation for my floral designs.

They arrived impeccably packaged, each piece carefully wrapped and protected so everything arrived in perfect condition. Shipping was also incredibly fast, which is a lifesaver in the wedding world.

Custom order turned out amazing and there was great communication throughout the whole process until the order was recevied.

Very communicative, received exactly what I ordered, mostly on time across orders, good quality, even fulfilled my request of rounding off some edges so they would be less sharp.

Whomever I spoke to over chat to help me with my order was amazing. He helped me get exactly what I need and pricing was reasonable with a speedy delivery for an upcoming event. Will now use Pleximart over other acrylic vendors :)

The product was good, however the communication in order to get the product details to the company was really poor. They only communicate through email! No phone calls, no live person to speak to. It's VERY hard to explain everything clearly through an email not to mention it takes 3 times the amount of time to relay the information. I emailed my phone number and requested that they call me several times and yet they continued to email.
It took 4 days to get the order details ironed out which lead to me paying for overnight shipping which cost almost as much as the product itself!

Communication and timeliness could be a little better, but quality product and they make up for the timeliness.

The speed of delivery and the quality of the product

My custom made boxes were pretty good. Seams were a little messy and the lids did not fit tightly. At over $100 per box, I expected better workmanship and a better lid fitment. Also, it would have been nice to see a photo of the lid before I ordered. Maybe you should update your website?

It's great to have an acrylic riser that's the exact size I need. Shipping was costly but it was worth it to get the size I couldn't find anywhere online

The product was fantastic. The person I chatted with was also fantastic. I lowered 1 star because whomever sets your shipping rates is not being fair to customers who don't know better. I was quoted over $100 for shipping when I knew that was too high even with insurance and the size of the box/product. I used my own shipping account (UPS-2Day) and paid only about $25.

Great customer service and product

The packing was excellent arrived safely.
The dimensions were accurate enough.
The bases were pretty much a deal breaker... very thin, without center support feet. They seem to be cut for the various material thicknesses offered resulting in a poor fit. They sag under the weight of some very light figures across the span of 12" or so, causing a gap. I have more than a dozen other display cases which all cost substantially less with much better bases. I am removing the adhesive rubber feet and mounting the bases to plywood for support to correct the sag, but they still don't fit the bases well. It is extremely unlikely I would buy from Pleximart again. I just couldn't remember where I was getting my custom cases made in the past, so I tried Pleximart this once.

Not a long wait time, Shipment was well packaged,Might consider another type of shrink wrap to cover the acrylic cube, maybe paper under the shrink wrap It leaves a pattern that stays on the glass,Had to wipe it down with water and vinegar but still has residue! Overall product is beautiful!! Will order again!
