After a rather slow start communicating was fairly effective. It did take a bit longer to be delivered than I thought but Peter advised me of the reason for delay. UPS was part of the problem as they had to switch delivery trucks

I ordered a .25" thick 10" x 10" x 10" plexiglass box, and that is exactly what I got-- the quality is great, and I'm very pleased with it.

I expected a vertical box with removable top. Instead got box with no front panel. It is unusable. I've ordered three boxes on two different orders and two out of three have been built incorrectly.

It took a long time but the cubes are beautiful. I hope you will be able to make the top I asked you about earlier today. And I am looking forward to the smaller cubes I ordered.

Too long delivery

Very easy process from the get go. I put the measurements that I needed in the online boxes and placed my order. The turn around time was not exceptionally long for a custom made box either. When I inquired about my order about halfway through I got a quick response with the expected ship date. I received an email with a tracking number when my order shipped so I knew exactly when it would arrive. The packaging was phenomenal, in fact, so good that I had a hard time getting it open. The polycarbonate box was the exact measurements I ordered and very well made. I could’t be more happy. Thank you so much!

Easy to order based on measurements, and then came well-packaged. Now it’s my project to make it do what I ordered it for!

Good price on the cut plexiglass panels I needed. They even included a couple of extras. I just wish they offered larger sizes. I need some 51-3/4 x 28-7/8 and 51-3/4 x 34-1/2 that I'll have to cut myself.

Smooth overall, however there were five defects in the plexiglass cause (most likely) by a tool of some sort..........perhaps a drill bit or screw driver. And whoever attached the soft pads for the case to sit on put them on the top instead of the bottom of the case.....so my workers used the display case upside down for the first week. Very sturdy construction. I am very pleased with that. R/D. Sand

I have a chest set that was custom made and I recently had broken 2 figures Luckly I had one each extra and was able to keep the set complete.
The cover will keep it clean and keep items from falling on the floor and breaking if you accidently would bump the table its on.
Looks really good!

Excellent case, they cut it perfectly and shipped and packed it well. Responsive customer service answered all my questions promptly. Highly recommend!

1. The material is not even 1/8" thick as I ordered.
2. I placed an order on November 23, I received on December 12. Was told it would take 3-5 days.
3. The price quoted and the priced charged were not the same, I did not say anything about a few dollars more.
4. The quality is a garbage. It's fine I'll will order from some place else to make it work for what I want.

For your business, this is how you deal with customers...good luck. There's a karma to that!
