They helped me with getting the correct parts needed and delivered quickly.

Excellent communication and fast delivery. Plus was the cheapest place we could find the product

The part I ordered came very quickly and was good value

Trustworthy and outstanding costumer service.

My actual score is 4.5/5 if I want to be picky. Everything was good, the boiler, price and delivery time. But I was charged £30 for delivery when it said £28 on the website (zone 1 boiler delivery). Not sure why this was the case. But still, I would recommend and use again.

An explanation would be nice for the little extra delivery charge though.

Very quick delivery and service with a smile!

Good price, fast delivery, I will use them again

Very good service. Quick and efficient. Very pleased.

Excellent service and delivery, Thank you

Very quick, efficient and good value

Prompt service and excellent and timely delivery information

Excellent delivery service, very reasonable prices and quality products on arrival.

Needed to change / update a radiator which was of a size which was difficult to find at most merchants. Found one at Plumbing Place which was ideal and at a competitive price. Ordered online on Sunday pm for collection at local branch. Had telephone call Monday am to advise not in stock at my local branch, but they would arrange for radiator to be available at local branch following day. Duly received call from local branch next day to say item available for collection. Very leased with service and communication.

I phoned company to check availability of Sanishower1043 before going to their premises to make my purchase-I had already priced the item and found this supplier to be very competitive. The person I spoke to advised I could have the item delivered the following day and no delivery charge!!
It was delivered as promised (I even had a courtesy message to say it was on its way).I have now had the item installed and it is brilliant. WELL DONE PLUMBING PLACE.
.

The product met my expectation and easy to assemble and install. It is very flexible in dimension and can be formed to meet various tile sizes.
However, product packaging is poor. I have ordered and received two units and both packages were in very bad shape.

Items I ordered turned up as advertised when they said they would. Can't get much better service than that.

Excellent service. Very good discount.

Job completed . Smart looking tap.

have used more than once and always very good!!

I bought a Worcester Bosch Central heating boiler at the best price on the internet.
I wanted it delivered to The Hay Mills Branch for me to collect. I spoke to a lady in Lichfield who explained the process, then a guy in Hay Mills to tell me it had arrived and finally, I collected the boiler last Friday. Throughout, everyone has been polite and helpful. At the Hay Mills branch the guy helped me to load it on to my car and thanked me for my custom. The whole experience has been very positive. A highly recommended company!!!
