Ordered a new shower and the service was exceptional , kept informed from the moment I ordered till delivery.

Bristan Taps bought at a very competitve price and were delivered on time.

Ordered the wrong part ,my error , order was cancelled by phone by me Money was refund back to my bank account within the hour.
Top rate service.

Watch out for hidden vat, web site doesn't tell u the price is plus vat until u set up an account and try to pay then it adds the vat on ! I still had to order the shower cause mine had broken and they said delivery would be 1-2 days so pretty quick, I received an email telling me my shower would be delivered on the 2nd day, then later another email to say it would now be delivered the day after so I was not happy with that. When the shower finally arrived the box had obviously been opened because the little tags on the box lid were ripped and when I opened it to check the shower had not been packed back up properly because the shower unit was lose and had been bouncing around in the box. And there were items missing( not much just the olives, fixings and the Allen keys). When I emailed them to say that the shower must have been returned to them and they must have just sent it out to the next customer without checking the contents they said the warehouse had checked the box and it had not been opened, well someone's lying and I know it's not me ! So be warned !!!

Arrived exactly when stated. Well packed. Taps look good but not fitted yet. Good price and great communication. Would recommend.

Ordered a Roper Rhodes WC seat from Plumbing Place after speaking to a very helpful lady who checked that the warehouse had them in stock and telephoned me back within 10 minutes to confirm the order. Received a very useful email to confirm dispatch and delivery date which was all completed as stated. Would definitely recommend this company and will use them again. Many thanks & kind regards.
