Costumer service was phenomenal, and was willing to work with me. My email does not load while at work and they were willing to transition to text to help accommodate me. It seems like a small thing but I had a very tight deadline and being able to receive text updates I can see was great.

I have yet to purchase a ring from Plum Diamonds, but I look forward to once I narrow it down to what I want. I am upgrading and can’t decide on just one! I have purchased 2 custom ring kits and have been super impressed with the communication.

Let me start off with that I would 10/10 buy from Plum again. I absolutely love the ring, and my now fiancé, loves the ring as well! We did the pre kit before and it was the best thing to do. That way when it came time to ask, I wasn’t trying to put on a ring that didn’t fit nor did she have to wait for a resize to show off the bling.

ONLY reason for a loss of star was the price of the band compared to the price of the lab diamond. We got a 1.5c in a top clarity and the band was the same price. It wasn’t anything fancy either. Take that as you’d like, I don’t know much about the cost of metals though lol.

When Renee and Kristi didn't have the earring studs in the carat size with the clarity rating, I ordered, they offered to either give a credit for a diamond of "lessor" clarity OR go up to next carat size. Easy choice for me GO UP. The diamonds were brilliantly clear and "sparkling". On Christmas morn my wife was thrilled with her gift. Thank You.
