I really do not like filling these out and usually do not. However, the shopping experience with your company was exceptional. You had a real person answer the phone when I called to check on the order. They were pleasant to talk to and able to provide meaningful information about the order and the shipping. Your product arrived when you said it would and included a hand written note. You did things to make the purchase experience unique and extremely pleasant. Also I was not buying a very expensive item. I hope your company enjoys tremendous success.

Plum worked with me to come up with a custom ring and wedding band that is absolutely stunning.
Renee is great to work with and kept me updated all through the process.
There were some issues with shipping. It was shipped Next Day and FedEx failed to deliver next day. I finally received it 4 days late with many headaches in the process of delivery.
I highly recommend Plum for quality jewelry and a professional staff, however I’m very dissatisfied with FedEx.

We ordered a ring...it was really beautiful. But after a short period of time, I was concerned about how the prongs laid...so i asked Renee if i could change the setting. " NO PROBLEM" she said. They paid for the shipping back to them ( which is unheard of) changed the setting to double prongs and I just got it back last week. I am so happy with how it turned out. I am in love ❤️ 😍 truly the most beautiful ring I've ever seen!!!
