Simple process, very quick turnaround (next day), really good. Really good.

Got given a tracked 24 label to send off my phone, and it was tested and paid for before the end of the day, the price offered was great!

Speedy service, sent off my iPad and two days later the money was in my account. The email regarding the recycling pack should probably come to my inbox quicker before I initially sent it off myself - otherwise fantastic service.

Absolutely fantastic! I posted my phone on the Monday, and got my payment actually into my bank on the Tuesday. No waiting time whatsoever, and I was paid exactly what was quoted. I would definitely use Plunc again based on my experience.

Never heard of Plunc before, so was a bit sceptical. Read reviews before proceeding. A few negative, as to be expected from any company, you can't please everyone all of the time, but the overwhelming response was positive. Gave it a shot! Signed up 3pm Thursday, sent 4pm Thursday. Notified that they had received the phone 9am Friday, and was paid by 5pm on Friday - the full amount quoted prior to despatch. I did email for a progress report during the day, to which I had an almost immediate response with an update. Will be the first place I go in 2 years time when I need to sell my phone, and will recommend to any one wanting to sell theirs.

All was going well until they received the phone and then told me there were 'deep scratches' on the screen. The phone was in perfect condition when I sent it. Disappointing waste of my time.

Edit: I was surprised, minutes after posting this, to receive an email urging me to reconsider the review. I've received the phone back, as promised, in fairness to them, but I saw no deep scratches, and another company accepted it as being in perfect condition and paid me the promised amount. I shan't bother with Plunc again.

Received the delivery slip and bag a few days after registering, sent laptop off from local post office, and the following day the cash was in my account. I would definitely use again.

Fantastic service, easy and fast! I very pleased to have found out about this company which had so many good reviews that I was happy to try them. They responded right away, and kept me informed throughout the process. Once they received my iPad, they tested it and confirmed the price they would pay, and they paid it the same day! I will definitely use Plunc again and can wholeheartedly recommend them.

Very good service excellent turn around time in me sending the laptop and getting paid in 2 working days so really great. The only reason i don’t give 5 stars is the fact that their valuation of laptop too low .

Fast friendly service it’s a bonus being able to drop off as I live so near and payment is always in the bank by the end of the day
