Please listen to the other negative reviews. I placed an order on Amazon with this seller for a phone in "excellent" condition. And they literally hadn't even cleaned it. There's gunk all inside of the charging port, speakers, other holes in the phone. And a lot of it. And that's one thing. But it's also CLEARLY not in "excellent" condition whatsoever. I'm not even being picky. I wish you could see what they sent me. There's a deep scratch within the front of the screen, about the size of a thumbnail. And several other decently deep scratches elsewhere on the screen as well as several paint chips within the sides of the phone's body.

A common thing sellers on Amazon do is they claim that the reviewer's bad experience is due to Amazon and not themselves as a seller for their product. And when they do this, it essentially makes the negative review null and the 1 star doesn't reflect on their score.

This was a Samsung S22 256GB I got from them for £250 by the way. I'm deeply upset as I was really looking forward to getting this. Seriously, if the fact they don't even clean their products alone isn't enough for you to get away from this seller, then I don't know what to say.

My initial experience with Plunc wasn’t great I’d ordered a device via Amazon and it arrived not in expected condition.

However, Plunc customer service was extremely good and they had me return it directly to them and issued an immediate refund within 24 hours.

I then had another issue with a replacement which was no fault of Pluncs but again it was handled very quickly within 24 hours all sorted.

I would highly recommend Plunc that level of customer care is a rare thing these days and for that alone I’m going to purchase another device from them.

Found plunc via google. Entered details of my Surface laptop, got the quote, sent it off, a day later they paid the amount in the quote.
