We have had the same experience as previous customers with pluff and podtreck. Ordered an Ooni pizza oven and watched it go round the world. How can we stop these scammers!?
Is there anyway we can get our money back?
I have too been scammed. I ordered a Dyson V15 through Pluff on 7th Feb and like the others its taken over a month and daily notifications via the app telling me its on route through many countries.
The app now says that delivery was attempted twice and my parcel is in hold. The phone number doesnt exist and no response to my email. Im a single mum who struggled to save that money to buy the Dyson.
DO NOT BUY from Pluuf and do not use Podtrek.
We have had the same experience as others here. Bought a camping fridge which never arrived. Podtrek tracking provided updates and despite saying delivery was attempted we were about each time. This is a scam.
Unsure why Trustpilot average of reviews is over 3 at present when only one review and that was one star and reviewer wished she could give worse.
We have also been scammed by the same company- Pluuf. Bought a dishwasher- meant to be delivered by Podtrek in an average 7 days, but in their terms and conditions says can take up to 21 days.
It is all a scam. No dishwasher ever existed. They take your money and then it is apparently moving to Scotland and then northern England and then they claim they attempt delivery- now twice. We are retired and both times have been at home AND have a witness that they did not attempt delivery today, as our gardener here too.
I ordered a V15 from the website on 5/2/25 through Pluuf. I was provided a tracking number from PODTREK. I was receiving daily update of my order travelling from Europe to Scotland, then from each town in Scotland to London. I get a notification stating the attempted delivering to my house. I was home the whole day but the door bell did not ring neither was there a card. I tried emailing the Podtrek, no response and their contact number in Rotterdam does not work either. There is another notification stating they attempted again today and I have been home and nobody showed up. I dont even bother to give 1 star
