Terrible customer service. Can't be trusted
I am stunned at the high score for this company. I have been waiting for my insurance for 11 days when they promised 3-5. Despite numerous promises to escalate and resolve last week, I still have no info and numerous customer service promises to call me back have been ignored. Laughable customer service. Do not use!

Do not use, aftersales shocking
My experience was with a policy due for renewal. I was bombarded with daily sales calls 10 days before the extension, I did pay the +7500aed to extend on 11.03.26. By 21.03.26 the policy was still not live, I have spent 10 days trying to email & call as I need treatment. No return calls, the odd email but no resolution. I have just had to pay 800ead for treatment as I have no insurance. POOR AFTERSALES SERVICE
