I had a very disappointing experience with Policy Bazar due to their repeated lack of responsiveness and poor handling of my cases.
Last year, they delayed my daughter’s policy process for around 15 days. They also failed to link the policy with ICP, which I eventually had to do myself in order to proceed with her Emirates ID application.
This year, I requested renewal of my wife’s and son’s policies. The experience was even worse. Their customer service was extremely unresponsive—every time I contacted them, my chat was transferred between multiple agents without any clear resolution. After a long wait, they finally processed my renewal request, collected payment, verified details, and took all required documents.
However, after a week, I unexpectedly received a refund notification from my bank without any explanation. I had no clarity on which policy was not renewed. When I contacted them again, I faced the same issue of repeated chat transfers, wasting another two days. Eventually, they informed me that both payments would be refunded due to “technical issues”—something they never communicated proactively.
Later, I realized they had misled me from the beginning. Instead of processing renewals, they applied for new policies and then internally rejected them without informing me. This has caused serious inconvenience, and now I am forced to look for alternative providers at significantly higher costs.
Overall, this is highly unprofessional behavior, poor communication, and a complete lack of accountability. Even now, when I try to contact them, they are not responding properly and keep transferring chats between agents.
Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend their services.
