Amazing quality products! And amazing customer service!

I have already purchased many pairs of shoes from Pompons many months ago. Very satisfied with the purchase as the promise of "wearing the most comfortable pair of shoes" did not disappoint. I decided to purchase two new pairs as my grandson has outgrown his first Pompons. I underestimated his size and so it is now just a nice fit and he will surely outgrow them in a month's time, I reckon. I requested for an exchange but I was pleasantly surprised to be told that there is no need to send back the original orders. Instead, a replacement will be coming! What an amazing way to delight your customers! You have just gained a loyal customer and an advocate of your brand. Thank you so much.

We ordered Everyday Non slip Baby shoe socks for our little one and she absolutely loves them. Shoes not only comfortable but also looks great. We like it so much that we have ordered another pair of Elf Courtyard, shoe size was little big but customer services team helping us to get the right size. Highly recommend to anyone looking for shoes for their little ones.

I have seen a review that suggests the Pompons operation may be a scam and I would like to, emphatically, rebuke that idea. I have made multiple purchases and the closest thing I had to a problem was, being on holiday whilst an order arrived at which point it was sent back to Pompons. I contacted them and they sent the shoes out again.
My little one has been wearing Pompons footwear since he started walking and he absolutely loves them - he was very excited last week when his new “big shoes” arrived and is constantly wanting to go outside just so he can wear them. I love Pompons shoes as they are clearly comfortable - the flexible soles are great for little feet and the fact that I can throw them in the washing machine and have them come out, as good as new, is incredibly helpful with a 2 year old.
I cannot stress enough, that Pompons are wonderful.

A friend-mom recommended me pompons for my baby’s first steps and my baby finds them really comfy! I ordered her two more pairs, but realized they were too small so will be replacing for bigger ones. Customer service is really responsive so I’d recommend anyone to try pompons, it’s essentially risk-free. The quality is really good, WAY better than the cheaper Chinese dupes from what I heard from some other moms 👌🏻

received 3 pairs of shoes that I thought were the correct size but they were too big. I reached out to customer service and they are replacing all 3 at no charge to me. We loved our last pair and i am sure we will love the new ones!! customer service was wonderful!

I ordered one shoes to try for my 1 year old in size 13-18m. It took 2 weeks and nothing came, not even the send confirmation. So I contacted them and they informed, these shoes are out of stock and they will send them as soon as possible. Then few days passed and I got the shoes and also they had added some gifts (corner protections) in the parcel as well, that was very sweet :3
Unfortunately the shoes are waay too big so I contacted again and turns out, I can have a free shipping for free right size shoes! How perfect is that? Otherwise the shoes are very cute and good for babies feet, can’t wait to have my baby walk in these!

I felt like the site was fishy when I was initially placing my order, and I should have trusted my guy. I ordered shoes for my now 10 month old over a month ago and they are still not here. This is so hard when your littles are this small and growing so fast because now the shoes probably won’t fit her anymore by the time they get here.

The website says “fast shipping!” However, it took almost two weeks alone for the shoes to be shipped. I emailed the company asking when they would ship and I was provided with an email response that made no sense and did not answer my question. It said something along the lines of “yes this is your order”. Seems like either a bot is answering or someone is using Google translate.

The shoes are nice lightweight, flexible and comfortable. Better than some of the big brand shoes that are more heavy and cost a lot more.
Nice designs/colors as well that is different from the rest !

I received my order. The shoes are adorable and look like they’re made well, however they do not fit my daughter. She is 2 and a half and i ordered a size 2-3. The customer serve so far has been great, they said they will send me the correct size. The shipping look a long time but hopefully it all works out. Will follow up when i get The correct size

I ordered three pairs of shoes for our toddler and the quality of the shoes exceeded expectations. The cute appearance is of course a big plus. Unfortunately, one of the shoes didn't fit our child's foot, but I got help from customer service in record time to change it. I am really happy with my purchase!

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes on the Pompons website on the 11th of May. It’s now June 12th and I still haven’t received them. They’re supposedly shipped but that’s what the tracking status says since June 1st! The package still hasn’t reached USPS, but according to their website tracking, it has! I think they’re trying to scam people! My credit card was charged the day I ordered it, but no signs of receiving my order! Their customer service person is most probably a bot who sends absolutely useless responses back to me emails.
