Lovely baby shoes. Arrived super fast. Had to contact the customer service for a return (as 2 pair were too big for my son). I was surprised that they responded very quickly and offered a to send new pairs for free. This is very unusual these days. Overall so happy with experience I had with the company and my son loves his sock boots.

I needed help resolving some issues related to my order and the support was super helpful. About the products, they seem super comfortable and very beautiful. I recommend and will definitely buy again in the future.

We love the shoes! They are very comfortable and look very cute. We got a pair of sneakers (which unfortunately were a bit small) and a pair of sandals. Both very flexible and perfect for summer. The sandals dry pretty quick, in case the get wet. Customer service is also very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately shipping takes a bit long (to Germany). Since I need to get a different size I'll have to wait one more time for my order to arrive. That's the only negative side. Other than that, I can strongly recommend pompons 😊.

I recently purchased few pair of Pompons shoes for my little one and it has been a good experience. Not only are these shoes incredibly comfortable, but they also have an adorable design that looks absolutely charming on my baby. One of the shoes I bought was a tad bit small but the communication with customer service was generally swift and handled requests efficiently. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for quality products and solid customer service!

Please do not buy from this organisation. The shoes are terrible quality resales from Alibaba with uneven soles that would not be appropriate for toddlers (or anyone) to wear. Delivery takes weeks and weeks and despite their claim of a hassle free 60 day refund they have absolutely terrible customer service who will ignore you. I had to raise a dispute on Paypal to get a response and despite explicitly saying multiple times I wanted a full refund they continuously refused - negotiating with me for a partial refund until I eventually just gave up and accepted, and after about a month I have my partial refund. Thankfully I ordered through Paypal or I would have received nothing. I 'get' to keep the useless shoes as part of the negotiation, but I think this is just because they don't have processes in place for returns and it would costs them more to facilitate a return than it does to give you 70% of your money back - which is very telling. This organisation just wants your money, is selling a terrible product, and unfortunately just has good branding and marketing.

These shoes are really good. Bought 3 paid for my daughter. Ordered one pair the wrong colour but didn’t realise until they had been delivered. Pompons offer free exchange guarantee service so they swapped the wrong colour out for me no questions asked. My daughter loves the shoes. We’ve been looking for something like this for a while. They are like wearing socks but with the added benefit of having a soft rubber sole so when she is outside she doesn’t hurt her feet. They fit really well, they are very supple and look so cool. I ordered the every day sock style shoes for my 14 mos old in size 13-18mos but they were too big and kept sliding off my boy’s s feet. I reached out to customer support and they were so prompt in getting back to me and help me get the right size give me the option to try another style. Thank you and i will be a returning client.

I’ve purchased both winter and summer shoes and I could not be happier. The “Dream winter boots” resisted a full winter of snow and rain and still look like new. The “Seawave” shoe is also amazing, easy to put on and so comfy and soft.

I love the concept of these shoes! Need more models and more variation for different seasons in sweden.

The products are amazing; everyone in my family loves the colours and the material. They came as advertised.
