Fabulous company to deal with!

Great pre-sales advice from extremely knowledgeable staff makes buying from these guys very reassuring. I had a little bit of knowledge about hot tubs but a phone call to John at Pool and Spa Centre filled in all the gaps and got me on the right path.

Their pricing is very competitive and the after-sales service and support is second-to-none.

I can't recommend Pool and Spa Centre highly enough! If you're looking for anything pool, spa, hot tub related give them a try and I'm sure you'll be glad that you did.

John in technical especially helpful but overall satisfied with all staff I’ve spoken to trying to sort out a problem.

I ordered a paid for a replacement cover for my Vita hot tub on 30th November 2023 on the understanding that it would be ordered immediately from manufacturer in Canada and despatched on the next delivery to arrive with me by end of January.
I telephoned the company on 2nd February asking when it was to be delivered and told it was due in march 2024. When I explained I was promised delivery in January /early February I was told the salesman should not have made that promise and that as delivery was 3 months from placing orders. When I complained about this the customer service persons reply was "what do you expect me to do about it"

According to the Production ticket attached to the packaging which came with the cover the order was placed on the manufacturer on January 11th 2024 and due for shipment from the factory on 1st February.
The company sent me an email on 13th February claiming it had been delayed by a customs check. I finally received the cover on 14th March.
As for the quality of the cover ,I consider it to be of a lesser quality than the original Vita cover . The insulation material allows to hot tub to cool down quicker when the heaters are turned off ,the straps and handles are more flimsy than my original Vita cover.

Excellent service. Super quickly helped me identify the issue with my hot tub and pointed me to the right product. From there 24h delivery - amazing and price cheaper than other online options!

My partner ordered a part 2 month ago the part was faulty returned and still waiting for refund or part ..totally been fobbed off to told that waiting for response from China, when we bought the part from company not supplier,....a refund would of settled this issue straight away but instead our tub is out of action

Outstanding customer service. I was struggling to find filters to fit our hot tub until I contacted Pool and spa centre. They were able to check the exact measurements required, sending pictures to confirm sizes to see if they were compatible. We ordered and received the filters very quickly and they were a perfect fit. I have now placed a further order.

Most helpful and knowledgeable.Good there are still such companies and people still around.

Unable to find existing pump number so asked customer advisor giving appropriate photos. Andrew advised on correct pump with instructions on how to check our circumstances first before ordering. Dispatched day after ordering via 24hr Royal Mail service. Would recommend.

Have used the company a few times now. Andrew has always been very helpful in finding the right part (as our spa is 15yrs old..).
