I needed some replacement parts for a very old Merlin shower cubicle. Could not identify correct parts on Merlyn web site. Since Port Marine are Merlyn dealers I went to them for advice. They said ‘leave it with me’. They contacted Merlyn on my behalf, identified the right parts, and they were shipped to me from Ireland in a few days. Neither Port Marine nor Merlyn made any charge for this service!! You cannot fault that for excellent customer service. Next time I need bathroom or kitchen work I will go to Port Marine. They have an exemplary approach to customer service.

We are delighted with our new bathroom. We thank Dave and Will for all their hard work, and Neil for the planning.

We would have scored them 9 out of 10 but we are unable to do that, hence the four stars. The reason for this is that communication could have been better and the job took longer than expected because one or two days were missed.

An amazing job from start to end. Neil was really patient in the design process for our ensuite replacement and working out some great options for what we preferred whilst making great recommendations too for things. Was a very dated ensuite when we bought the house and is now a breath of fresh air and much more usable now. Will and Dave were on site for the work and was an absolute pleasure to have them in our home which they were incredibly respectful of and tidied daily. Next now is the main bathroom and have no concerns using them again for this as I know it'll be just as good again.

A pump was fitted as part of the build to boost water pressures , as a bonus the entire house now benefits with better water flow .

Fabulous service - temporary fix to the shower doors allowed her to take showers until the new one was fitted. Fitter did a great job too and Mum has been delighted with her new enclosure. Thank you

The finish, exceptional

Dave persevered for several hours to find the cause of the leak from our bathroom shower and successfully repaired it including attaching new tiles to blend in where he had had to remove existing ones for access.
He was obviously skilled and knowledgeable and patient, felt very comfortable to have him around the house
Port marine bathrooms have a beautiful, inspiring showroom, worth a visit and arranged this work for us really quickly, would feel confident recommending

Neil, Karen and their team were excellent. From the first meeting to the ultimate completion, nothing as too much trouble. Adrian, Will and Pat were brilliant, putting up with our numerous enquiries/questions whilst carrying out the strip out and re-build of our ensuite quickly and efficiently. All work was first class and they went the extra mile wherever necessary. We cannot thank them or praise them highly enough. A very highly recommended and professional company.
