Can’t fault the quality and service I’ve received the second purchase off them. Quality is brilliant with attention to detail. The two guys who came to take my old bed and set my new one up couldn’t help enough fantastic job lads . I’ll be looking for my third order in the future and definitely go back to comfort plus great job .

Marvellous Company
This is my second purchase from Comfort Plus Products having bought a bed last year. This time I bought a chair which is all singing all dancing and it is wonderful especially the vibration feature. It was delivered exactly as arranged and took so time at all to connect all the cables for each movement and heated function. The delivery men were very friendly and helpful. This is a marvellous company and helpful too.

Fantastic visit to our retirement complex
We had a visit to our retirement complex in Faringdon today from 2 guys (sorry I cant remember their names!) They set up nice and early and handed out scones with jam and clotted cream with teas and coffees to our residents as they arrived for the presentation, which was very interesting and informative. They demonstrated and explained their adjustable chairs, bed and walker very well and encouraged residents to try them out. Delighted with my new chair
Delighted with my new chair. We bought one for my husband when he needed it a few years back but it's now time I received some attention! :) Fits perfectly and is so comfortable for my arthritic frame and I know woith the excellent guarantee it comes with it will be helping me for a few years to come. Smiles all around!
Comfort Plus is really excellent, almost unbelievable in this day and age. I bought an electric bed 13 years ago and they still had the records so a few years ago they helped me with replacing the remote control battery and re-tuning it.
This year, after very quick response to my enquiry, a free repair was carried out, despite the damage being my own fault.
Needing a riser/recliner armchair, I'd bought 4, one after the other from local outlets: wasting money, suffering great discomfort, bad service and consequent stress.
Having learned my lesson, I then chose to buy an armchair from Comfort Plus, knowing their skills, professionalism, knowledge and friendly approach. They measured and demonstrated, explained every detail in depth, never rushing me or "pushing for a sale". 3 weeks later, my chair arrived as promised and it is superb! Perfect for my physical needs and a beautiful compliment to the sitting-room.
A separate demo (with free cream tea and a gift) was requested, resulting in more items sold to other residents which speaks for itself. Well deserved, continuing business success in challenging economic times.
There is no doubt in my mind that this is a very special family company for whom distance means nothing and quality is everything.

I really didn't have time for the visit and was sure my residents would not be interested.
I was wrong, Chris and Grant were really wonderful great fun and knowledgeable.
