I would use them again.
Generally good, timely and efficient service. Prices good and availability too. Would prefer that the young man who said he would phone me back with delivery times had done so, but as the items were delivered that day it didn't cause a problem. Batteries were well packaged and protected. I would have no problem recommending this company or using them again.

If being totally honest, they appeared to be only interested in the sale, not answering the questions I was asking
And they had to process my order over the telephone, as when done via the website, it wanted to charge a lot more for the delivery than they had quoted me.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.
We’ve looked into this immediately and have been in touch with you directly regarding your order. For clarity, your order was placed at 8:36pm on Thursday 18th December, which was after our same-day dispatch cut-off. As a result, it was dispatched on Friday 19th for next working day delivery. Please note that weekends are not classed as working days.
At the time of your review (13:21 on Monday 22nd), the delivery was still well within our advertised 1–2 working day delivery timeframe. The courier tracking currently shows the parcel due for delivery today, and they have until Tuesday 23rd to fulfil the service. Given the exceptionally busy time of year, this remains an excellent outcome.
We will continue to monitor the delivery closely to ensure it arrives within the advertised timeframe, and we’re more than happy to refund the carriage cost should this not be met.

Initially good but sadly the courier let them down!
The service from the staff in the office was really good initially but sadly the item was delayed in transit and I had to go and collect the battery from the courier after already waiting a week.
Delivery charges were refunded but when I asked for an additional reduction for having to take time out to collect I kept getting brushed aside.
The actual item was what we needed at a good price.

Appalling Customer Service
Dreadful service. Ordered an item with 1-2 day delivery.. on 3rd day rang Powerland to progress chase order. They were unable to tell me the carrier name, consignment number or tracking details.. asked for them to call me back with update, they never did. On the 5th day still waiting for either delivery or telephone call.. neither forthcoming.

** UPDATE ** - After investigating this further, DHL has made us aware that delivery has been attempted twice at your home, however no one was in and a calling card has been left. We are contacting to pass over the details of your local branch to collect the battery.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and we’re genuinely sorry for the frustration you experienced.
There was some confusion on our side as the order was initially marked for cancellation at your request, and then reinstated when you decided to proceed. Unfortunately, this contributed to delays in us providing you with the usual tracking details.
In addition, one of our suppliers seriously let us down after assuring us that the item would be delivered to you on Thursday. This delay meant we were unable to dispatch your order as originally planned.
With Christmas fast approaching, DHL and other couriers are under immense pressure, and some parcels are subject to unexpected delays. That said, we fully appreciate that we should have communicated more clearly and returned your call as promised. We’re reviewing this internally to prevent it happening again.
We are chasing with the courier now to see where you parcel is.

Our system automatically sends VAT invoices by email with every order, so you should have already received one. When you contacted us by phone, our team simply re-issued it straight away.
You also mentioned being questioned about why you wanted an invoice. We’d like to clarify that no one here questioned that at any point, so we’re unsure where that misunderstanding may have come from.
