Decided to invest in new Solar Panels and was introduced to Contact Solar through my energy supplier EDF. I have found Contact Solar very professional from start to finish. Detailed information supplied before I decided to go ahead. No hard sell. Very helpful and friendly staff. Installation went very smoothly. All handled very professionally. They comply with all the latest rules and regulations covering Solar Panels, which you would expect from a 1st class company. Kept well informed about all stages of the whole process. Very competitive quote, in my opinion. I would not hesitate to recommend Contact Solar to anyone looking to install a new solar panel system with batteries. Extremely satisfied.

All folk encounted in the process, whether in person, or by email and or phone were always friendly and as helpful as they could be. My experience became complicated and a little protracted as the installation required more visits than I initially expected once my requirements were understood. I had to keep phoning or emailing when expected contact was not made with me, but once engaged with Contact Solar the communication was good. Phoning was always easy and answer times good. Even the couple of times when the automated system initiated an automatic call back I did not have to wait long. The installation engineer was in my opinion first class.

We had our solar panels fitted front and back and battery. The people on the phone have all been very helpful especially James, thank you. Thank you to our fitters Phil and Lloyd were very good, the work was done to a high level from what I can see and they left the job clean. They also considered the wire placement and we are grateful for that, thank you lads.
We have not got round to downloading the app etc, but so far so good.

Contact Solar provide exceptional customer service from initial quote to completed installation. The price was competitive and enhanced with some additional financial incentives. The company provide support all the way through the process and make life very easy for the consumer.

Contact Solar supplied Solar panels and batteries 3 weeks ago and from the start everything has gone extremely well.
From the initial conversation, to contract, completing the fitting and aftercare all is fine.
It’s still early days (Autumn time) but pleased so far with the savings.

Great experience from start to finish. Fantastic communication from the company from day one. Day of install was flawless and the solar installers and the electricians were very professional and answered every question i had and nothing was too much trouble. Handover has been really efficient and flawless so far and on a side note the scaffolding was removed after 2 days, post install, brilliant. Highly recommended.

The guys on the HelpDesk are easy to contact by phone and by email and they could not be more helpful. They really know their stuff and fix everything you need really quickly.

Contact solar delivered an exceptional experience from start to finish. They were highly professional, communicated clearly, and completed the project ahead of schedule. The quality of their work with their sub-contractor for the installation was excellent. Just a little hiccup at the end during the scaffolding removal. I highly recommend them and will absolutely work with them again!"

From the initial enquiry regarding the coast of an installation through the planning and design process and to installation Contact Solar has made the process very easy. Always on hand to answer any questions and always there to help out when things went slightly south. We do not know who the Scaffolding company is that they used but those workmen clearly had little regards for public safety and heath and our property leaving an exposed ladder which anyone could have climbed and trampling over plants in the front garden. Still Contact Solar did compensate us for the trampled rose bush and thankfully no on tried to climb the exposed ladder and get hurt.

The solar panels started working immediately and even on a cloudy October afternoon we are already saving on our energy bill!

Well recommended if you are considering a roof installation.

Extremely happy with our solar panel installation. The process was so simple and staff helped us every single step of the way. From start to finish the whole process took about 2 to 3 months.
The app is a little tricky, but they have plenty of tutorials on youtube to help with that as well as support just a call away. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting solar panels.

Sparky called Jonny spot on professional knew his stuff experience. Roofers were good and quick poor weather conditions, again knew there stuff I provided a few matching weathered tiles incase they bust any which I knew they would.. one broken and replaced no drama. Answered my questions and talked me through what they were doing… supplied tea and coffee. Would recommend

I’m extremely pleased with my experience with Contact Solar. The installation of my solar panels and battery system went smoothly, and all the team were professional, efficient, and helpful throughout the process. They did an excellent job, and I’m looking forward to getting the most from my new solar system while reducing my electricity bills.
Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I would happily recommend Contact Solar to anyone considering solar panels and battery storage for their home.
Also not a penny paid upfront and full payment only requested on full completion of the job.
I personally would recommend bird protection around the solar panels being installed whilst the scaffolding is in place although contact solar never mentioned this option to me.
I requested it and was was added to my bill at a very reasonable price.
